This beautifully decorated condo has city views, hardwood floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen, one secured parking, and beautiful views of the city. Located downtown Denver only a few blocks away from the hip, artsy and fun RiNo District and Coors Field, 16th Street Pedestrian Mall where you can enjoy local breweries,100s of restaurants, bars, shops and everything else Denver has to offer. The unit is located above a bike shop where guests can receive 20% off a guided bicycle tour operated by the owners company, Mile High Bike Tours. MHBT is rated by TRIP ADVISOR as one of the 10 best things to do when you are in Denver. Pets allowed for a small fee.

Great stay

Great place, comfortable, convenient and classy. My husband and I totally enjoyed our accommodations, with nothing lacking. There are dozens of great microbreweries within 6 blocks, and we tried a few. The bike tour was a bonus. We loved getting to know Denver with the folks at Mile High Bike Tours, which is also owned by our host. Hated to leave however, will book again the next time were in Denver.

Big, open space with lots of windows and light

Wonderful second-floor apartment. Well maintained, with big, comfortable beds; many amenities.and nice touches. Communications with the owner/manager were easy and fast and the place was just as advertised. The neighborhood can be a little sketchy at night, but really not too bad. Wonderful, comfortable stay.

This spacious unit is beautifully furnished. I rented it for my parents and other family who came into town. Plenty of room for everyone, including the grandkids. Nice views and located close to everything. Monique at Mile High Bike Tours located directly below the unit provided a discount. Fantastic way to see the city! Highly recommend this unit!
