About this property
Fork and Fir Retreat - Cozy Family Cabin I Game Room I Stunning Views I Hot Tub
Picture your family arriving at the cabin just as the Smoky Mountain air begins to settle in for the evening. The driveway opens to a warm, welcoming home tucked gently among the trees — private, peaceful, and instantly comforting.
The moment you walk inside, you’re greeted by the glow of soft lighting, the openness of the great room, and the stunning mountain views spilling in through the windows. The cabin feels like a breath of fresh air: cozy, uncluttered, and designed for families to be together.
Your kids run downstairs to the game room, already calling “first!” at the pool table. Someone else is drawn to the wraparound deck, where the mountains stretch out in quiet beauty — the perfect spot for morning coffee or that first deep breath of vacation.
Dinner becomes a memory in the making. The kitchen is warm and fully equipped, ready for family recipes, laughter, and everyone sneaking tastes as the food cooks. Music plays softly in the background, drifting through the cabin from the Sonos system. This kitchen feels like the heart of the home — a place where stories, smells, and smiles come together.
As night falls, you sink into the hot tub under a sky full of Tennessee stars. The only sounds are the bubbling water and the quiet whispers of the mountains around you. You feel relaxed in a way you haven’t in a long time.
When bedtime comes, everyone retreats to their king ensuite, each room its own cozy sanctuary. Soft linens, peaceful quiet, and the comfort of knowing tomorrow brings more mountain magic.
And in the morning? The sunrise paints the mountains pink and gold. You sip your coffee on the deck, wrapped in a blanket, listening to the stillness. It’s the kind of moment that becomes a core memory — slow, simple, and perfect.
At Fork and Fir Retreat, days feel longer, conversations feel deeper, and family time becomes something you’ll talk about for years. It’s not just a place to stay — it’s a place to gather, cook, laugh, and create lasting memories together.

The property is amazing, exactly as the pictures showed. The views were breathtaking and the host was very supportive and helpful. The cabin is high in the mountains yet close to the action. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more. There were games and we certainly enjoyed the pool table.
We had an amazing stay in this gorgeous cabin. The views incredible. The host was so prompt to answer any questions we had. The driveway was a major plus. Plenty of special places in the home so that we could all have our own time alone comfortably.

Dear Scott:
Thank you for your review. In the mountains is very hard to get good internet signal, with Starlink all of our problems were solved, we were even able to stream programs on TV and make work related computer usage a breeze. We always work very hard to maintain a clean and enjoyable environment at the cabin. Thanks for noticing all of our hard work. Please come back again.
Our family was looking for a small holiday vacation and had an amazing stay. Not only did the property manger have great communication before our trip but through it as well. When arriving we had no problems accessing the property and was very pleased by the cleanliness inside. When visiting again we would definitely stay here.

About the host
Hosted by Rosie Leon
Hi, I’m Rosie! I grew up loving family dinners, gathering around the kitchen, and exploring the outdoors. When we found our cabin in the Smokies, it felt like the perfect place to bring all of that together. Hosting gives me the chance to help other families enjoy those same moments — cooking together, relaxing, laughing, and soaking up the mountains.
Why they chose this property
Fork and Fir Retreat sits in a peaceful mountain neighborhood where the beauty of the Smokies surrounds you at every turn. The mornings are calm and quiet — you’ll often wake to soft sunlight slipping between the trees, birdsong echoing off the hills, and that gentle mountain breeze that makes you want to linger on the porch a little longer.
The evenings are just as magical. Sunsets stretch across the ridgelines in warm golds and pinks, and the nights bring the kind of stillness you can only find in the mountains. It’s the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and slow down.
What we enjoy most about this neighborhood is the balance — you get that tucked-away, peaceful feeling while still being just minutes from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It’s easy to spend the day exploring, then come “home” to quiet, views, and comfort.
Families love how safe and welcoming the area feels, and we love that the cabin sits in a spot where you can gather around the table, laugh together, and truly enjoy the beauty around you.
It’s a neighborhood that feels like a retreat — calm, friendly, and filled with the simple magic of the Smokies.
What makes this property unique
Fork and Fir Retreat stands out because it was created with heart — not just as a rental, but as a place for families to gather, cook, laugh, and make memories that last a lifetime. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to bring people together, from the open-concept living areas to the wraparound decks overlooking those breathtaking Smoky Mountain views.
What makes us different is the feeling you get when you’re here. The cabin sits in a peaceful, easily accessible spot tucked between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge — close to everything, yet quiet enough to feel like your own private mountain haven. The sunsets, the morning mist, the star-filled nights… they’re unforgettable.
Inside, the layout is perfect for families: ✨ Three king ensuite bedrooms ✨ A beautiful loft perfect for both adults and kids ✨ A downstairs game room for hours of fun ✨ A fully stocked kitchen that truly becomes the heart of the home ✨ A Sonos sound system that fills the cabin with warmth and music
Plus, little things matter to us — the welcome touches, the thoughtful amenities, the quick communication, and the genuine care we put into every stay. We want every guest to feel like family the moment they walk through the door.
Fork and Fir Retreat isn’t just a cabin — it’s a place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the simple joys of the Smoky Mountains. That’s what makes it special.
