Cozy cabin with great size rooms very clean and easy access to Pigeon Forge attractions…. Maybe 4 miles to the main parkway. Great view and spacious. Our children loved the hot tup and game areas. They were located well in the house for teens. We would stay here again.

Wonderful get away! It was easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, groceries, activities and dining out. The air hockey table and hot tub were a hit for the kids, and phone survived 2 diving expeditions, haha. Adults enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub after the kids went to bed. Shopping was great and only about a 20 minute drive. We will definitely be back with the whole family. Great Hosts and very clean.

Host was really good with communication. The cabin was lovely. The hot tub and games were lots of fun. My only real issue was when I had booked this stay, I did not realize that an ice storm was coming. All of my guests cancelled the day before the incoming storm. They were concerned with having to fly home. I did try to cancel my stay and get a refund but could not. Which was upsetting. I understand refund policy, but this incident was unforeseen. My man and I only stay one night and left early the next day so we would not be stuck on the mountain with no power. I think we should have been given a refund it's not like we were cancelling for no reason. So be forewarned if some unexpected weather comes you will not receive any grace.

We sent you a couple of messages earlier in the week warning you about the potential conditions in case you wanted to change your plans but you said you had a four-wheel-drive vehicle and we’re not concerned. I’m sorry VRBO would not cancel your reservation the day before. To protect you from potential weather situations in the future, I strongly recommend purchasing VRBO’s travel insurance as severe weather is considered outside the host’s control. Luckily, the snow and ice did not come until after your original checkout time. Thank you again for loving our cabin. I hope you’ll consider visiting again under sunnier skies — we’d love to host you in better conditions!
