Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, especially regarding the misunderstanding about a main-level bedroom. We understand how important this was for your parents comfort, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused. We also appreciate you letting us know about the noise during the windy night and the issue with the hot tub. Our team will be reviewing both concerns to ensure everything is secure beneath the cabin and that the hot tub is properly maintained and balanced for guest safety. Your experience matters greatly to us, and we regret that these issues impacted your stay. Thank you again for bringing them to our attention—we truly hope to have the opportunity to provide a smoother and more enjoyable visit in the future.
