Our gourmet kitchen makes it a pleasure to prepare and serve family meals. The stylish dining area offers seating for eight guests. For the chef in the family, there is an outdoor barbeque grill. The sunken family room is comfortable and inviting! There is a plush and comfortable seating area, along with a 65" HDTV, upgraded HD cable service and WiFi. For a truly relaxing afternoon, spend some time outside on the screened porch, with new patio furniture and take in a remarkable lake and golf course view.

The sunken master bedroom suite offers a king bed with fine linens, an HD television, generous closet space and a lovely lake view. There is access to a private patio just outside the master suite. The master bathroom is designed with an oversize walk in shower, custom tile design, and plenty of granite countertop space.

The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with fresh linens and an HD television. The guest bathroom offers a bathtub-shower combination and a vanity with a granite countertop. The 3rd bedroom offers a set of twin over twin bunk beds.
There is a full laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing board set up.

The location of this property makes it extra perfect! Bayou Village overlooks a scenic pond and offers a view of Choctawhatchee Bay, the Marina, and the Wharf. This is a wonderful spot to watch the fireworks show! There are two swimming pools that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our villa. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
