We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The views of the mountains were beautiful, and the condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable and spacious, and we really enjoyed our time there.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Timbers G-1; in the gated community Echota. There is nothing like sitting on the porch and enjoying the mountain air. We hope to see you again in the beautiful High Country of North Carolina.
We needed a retreat. This place was perfect. The house was clean and spacious. Had everything that we needed. The location was perfect.

Thank you for your kind review, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us in Echota. We would love to have you visit with us again if you are back in the High Country.
My family of 6 really enjoyed staying here. The space was perfect for the kids to have the downstairs and my husband and I upstairs. Would definitely come back!
Absolutely amazing property the cleanest rental I’ve stayed at. We enjoyed the amenities.
Overall a great experience. Will try and book for our trip next year. We met my husband who is stationed away at the moment for a ski trip with the kids. He arrived first and said check in was easy. I always pack extra sheets and towels, but it was not needed. Everything was extremely clean! We will for sure book this rental for our next ski trip.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay with us and your needs were met! If you are ever in the area again, we would love to have you visit again!
We loved our stay! It was perfect for our large family. We had four teenagers ranging from 14-19 with us. We had plenty of room and privacy in this rental. The community was private and safe feeling! Beautiful views from the porches! The indoor pool and hot tub was exactly what we needed after our long days of skiing. The rental was centrally located. We were able to ski Beech and Sugar and explore Blowing Rock with a short scenic drive to all places! The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed for our larger family! Would book again in a heart beat!
This was a great stay. Really enjoyed the property. The pool house was great. The house was nicely stocked with towels for showering. The only thing we noticed was there didn’t seem to be much hot water. For a place that has so much space you would think you could get through more than two quick showers before running out. Not sure if the hot water heater is going out or what. So plan your showed accordingly! Other than that, the place was great and had plenty of room for our family of 6!
Walked in to a clean stay. The profile view of Grandfather mountain from the balcony was phenomenal! Easy in and out, close to all you need, and around the corner from most of the ski resorts! Would book again!
Cozy townhome with an amazing view of Grandfather Mountain
Our midweek stay was wonderful. The townhome was incredibly cozy and comfortable. The view was a perfect profile of Grandfather Mountain! It was cold and rainy one of our days, so we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub to burn energy for our kiddos. The gas logs on the main level were perfect. We were able to ski two of the days. Sugar was only 15 minutes away, and Beech was only a 30 minute drive. The only drawback was that the downstairs was really, really cold. Make sure to pack really warm pjs and an extra blanket for each person staying down there. There was a space heater at the townhome, but I'm really cautious about running one over night.
Overall, I highly recommend staying at this property. We will definitely try to book it again!
The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The only downside was with the resort amenities. There were no COVID restrictions in place at the indoor pool. On several occasions there were crowds of maskless people at the hot tub and pool.
We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend staying at Timber’s G-1. The only negative was the noise
The unit above us was noisy, other than that it was very enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again. The kitchen was well equipped. Wonderful experience!
It’s a relief when a rental is exactly as it advertises and the photos are spot on after you’ve had a bad experience elsewhere. The place was perfect as was the Grandfather View. Only suggestion is they work on the tricky lock entry door. Love the two living areas.
Very impressed with cleanliness and space in the condo. Will definitely stay here again. The only thing I would change would be to update the outdoor cushions on the decks, they were a little tired, but definitely functional and the beautiful views from the decks were awesome! Love the kitchen, very well equipped (might add a Keurig), also love the bathroom space (super water pressure in the shower). We had plenty of room for 6 of us (2 adults and 4 teens). My App freshman also loved the laundry facilities. Thank you so much.
