New furniture, appliances, granite counter tops, with great views and private entrance with patio seating next to French Creek. Owners live in town and are available for assistance during your stay. We absolutely loved staying at this property! Very comfortable bed, shower had lots of hot water, and we had a beautiful view out our living room window. It was extremely close to the bus pick up and the bus was very easy to get to and from the ski slopes. We loved staying here!

Close proximity to downtown Breckenridge, but far enough away from the crowds. Very quiet area with beautiful views of mountains. Enjoyed listening to the creek, which ran alongside the Vrbo. Nice area to go for walks or ride a bike.

Great property a short distance from downtown. We never walked to downtown or took the nearby bus. I estimate the walk would be around 20 minutes. Parking downtown was very easy and affordable, but we were there off season. Very nice neighborhood with some walking trails and great views. The dedicated parking spot was nice to have. I recommend staying here if you are not committed to staying downtown.

Perfect base to explore Breckenridge

This property fit us perfectly. It was close to downtown, but not too close. The views are beautiful and we loved hearing French Creek through the open windows. The property is small, but well laid out and organized, so that we had plenty of space. We would book it again without hesitation.

Really enjoyed this property and the location. Lots of light for a downstairs unit on the main house. Quiet neighborhood and great views. As stated, it is a downstairs unit, so the only knock is hearing the upstairs foot traffic.

The proximity to the lifts and historic Breckenridge make Corkscrew Flats the most accessible new development in Breckenridge. Nowhere in town are the views of the Ten Mile Range and Continental Divide more complete. We have lived in town for 30 years and find Breckenridge one of the most beautiful and active places in the Rocky Mountains.

What makes this property unique

You will enter the one bedroom fully furnished condo along French Creek with views of Bald Mountain. The only sounds you hear are the river and solitude of the one acre open space outside your door. Breckenridge town bus service is a close walk for your less than mile trip to Main Street or the lifts.
