Located in downtown Pagosa Springs this Two bedroom , One bathroom, cozy house right on the river, fishing and tubing right in the backyard, walking distance to all downtown restaurants, hot springs and shops. 30 minute drive to Wolf Creek ski resort. Beautiful in all seasons of the year. This town is famous for its Hot Springs, a must for sure. Close to hiking trails, with plenty of wildlife around the property to enjoy as well.

Well equipped home. Very clean and great location for our needs. Comfortable king size beds. Very responsive owners The only thing not provided were shower toiletries, so come prepared with soap and shampoo. Great time in Pagosa!

My family of 4 visited for the holidays to enjoy Pagosa and skiing at wolf creek. This rental is perfect size for us and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, & hot springs. It's clean, comfortable beds, full kitchen, and great backyard on the river.

Home is within walking distance to Main Street, the river and parks. Home has been redecorated really well and is very comfortable. Would recommend staying here if your in Pagosa Springs.

The house was newly updated, very clean and had everything you need. The stream and fire pit out back was calming. Everything is within walking distance. Great location! Beautiful views of mountains in the backyard. We totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you Andrew!

Great house/location

We really enjoyed our stay at Andrew’s house. The house was spotless and in a great location. It was very well equipped for me to cook meals and had plenty of linens. My only suggestion would be to have screen doors added so that the cool evening breezes could be enjoyed even more. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely use Andrew again.

Awesome location and comfortable property

This was our first trip to Pagosa/Wolf Creek and we couldn’t have found a better place. Walking distance to a pizzeria, coffee shop, and bakery- even in the cold. Parking is right at your back door and it’s an easy 25-30 minutes to Wolf Creek- even when the roads are snowy. The house is probably the most well stocked vrbo I’ve stayed at- there was nothing I needed that Andrew didn’t have on hand- down to ziplock bags and aluminum foil. I hope to return in the summer because the river is literally in the backyard. Highly recommend!

A short walk

Cute, quiet and clean house. The plus we loved was the short 5-10 minute walk to almost everything. Had plenty of essentials, towels and the beds/bedding/pillows were comfortable!Our first visit to Pagosa Springs and it didn’t disappoint. The Mountain pizza and the Lyft coffee shop were 2 minutes around the corner. Alley House restaurant is a must! Two parks, one at each end of the road were great for walking our dogs. We schedule a massage and soak at Overview Spa downtown. Thanks Andrew for sharing your house.

Fantastic Place!!!!

We LOVED this place so much. The house was perfect for the 3 of us. Very clean and inviting. Kitchen stocked way more than expected which was so helpful. Great location with many restaurants and shops close by. The creek in back was gorgeous and view from kitchen window was lovely. Only drawback we had was not being able to get the tv to work. The dvd player worked so we were able to watch movies, but couldn't get tv to turn on for just tv viewing. Be sure to get instructions on that before you go. Would have loved local news/weather for snow forecasts but it forced us to have quiet time so it worked out fine. We would totally recommend this place to anyone wanting to find a quaint get away and a lovely little mountain town. Would definitly book this home away from home again !!!!!!

This property was perfect for us and our dog. The property is in great condition. Andrew is so easy to communicate with. The location is ideal and within walking distance to all the hot spots and parks. The house was clean. There was wildlife hanging out in the yard at night and in the early mornings.

This is a lovely home on our favorite street to stay in Pagosa! Impeccably clean and comfortable. We were very pleasantly surprised with how well home was stocked - better than most places we’ve stayed, including kitchen, essentials (paper towels, TP), cable TV and streaming services, camping chairs, fishing poles, and river tubes. We would be thrilled to stay here again!

Wonderful

Andrew's house is ideally situated to explore downtown Pagosa Springs, the San Juan river trail, Reservoir Hill and the springs (resort and hippy pools) without needing to drive. The house is clean, very well provisioned, cute and quiet. I would add a small table near the couch and chair to be able to safely set my coffee cup while I eased into the morning. I would also add some outdoor seating options, though I may have been early in the season (early spring) and it is brought out later. My dog and I were very happy with our stay.
