In Drôme Provençale, in a large garden (1 ha) in the middle of olive trees, lavender, and cicadas we rent the ground floor of a house, completely redone, for 6-7 people including:
- a large terrace with an awning
- a living room / kitchen
- 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms - 1 bedroom with 2 beds
- 1 office, TV room
- 1 bathroom including: 2 sinks and 1 shower. Separate toilet.
- Wi-Fi access, parking, table tennis…
The swimming pool (5mX11m) is fully enclosed,
It is heated with a constant heat of 26 degrees.
Its active principle of oxygenation and UV is completely natural for bathing in clear water, without any artificial product.
The house is located near (200m) from the village of Mirabel aux Baronnies (pharmacy, bakery, grocery store, butcher, hairdressers, tennis…) and 7 km from Vaison la Romaine and Nyons.

Mont Ventoux and the Baronnies massif, made up of wild hills, are ideal for hikers and cyclists.
It is available out of season on a minimum of 3 nights or weekly basis
 (possibility to provide sheets and towels: 10 euros per person)

Important: the first floor of the house will not be occupied during rentals, giving tenants exclusive use of the garden and the swimming pool.

Très belle semaine en Drôme provençale

Merci encore pour cette belle semaine dans votre petit coin de rêve ! Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la grande piscine qui était à 30 degrés toute la semaine pour mon plus grand bonheur et avons également beaucoup aimé pouvoir profiter du terrain de pétanque et de la table de ping-pong! Traumhaft!

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in dem traumhaften Anwesen zu Gast. Erholung pur! Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel! Das Grundstück ist riesig und sehr gepflegt. Überall in dem parkähnlichen Garten eröffnen sich neue Perspektiven und es finden sich zahlreiche tolle Plätze zum Verweilen oder Spielen (Tischtennis, Boule, …). Ein weiteres Highlight ist der große Pool, der zum Schwimmen und Planschen einlädt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin erfolgte stets per Mail und ist sehr freundlich. Sollte mal etwas nicht funktionieren, wird sehr schnell reagiert. An und Abreise vor Ort managte dann die sehr sympathische Bernadette.

Es war sehr schön

Tolles kleines Haus in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Grosses Grundstück mit viel Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist gross und umzäunt (gut wenn man mit Kinder dort ist). Der Ort Vaison la Romaine ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein grosser Supermarkt (Intermarché SUPER) und Mc Donalds ist auch in der Nähe. Die ganze Region ist für Rennradfahrer ein Paradies inkl Mont Ventoux!

un séjour parfait au milieu des oliviers

We have a great holiday in this beautiful house. The location is excellent, with a walking distance to the village bakery. it has very large garden of olive trees, excellent pool (i liked the inflatable crocodile very much), but the best part was the sporting equipment, there is a ping pong table, a petanque court with excellent views over Mount Ventoux and we discovered new game - mölkky. The games provided lots of entertainment and we played every day. there is plenty of space for relaxation. we hope to come back again. nous avons de très bonnes vacances dans cette belle maison. L'emplacement est excellent, à distance de marche de la boulangerie du village. il a un très grand jardin d'oliviers, une excellente piscine (j'ai beaucoup aimé le crocodile gonflable), mais la meilleure partie était l'équipement sportif, il y a une table de ping-pong, un terrain de pétanque avec d'excellentes vues sur le mont Ventoux et nous avons découvert de nouveaux jeu - mölkky. Les jeux ont fourni beaucoup de divertissement et nous avons joué tous les jours. il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. nous espérons revenir.

Une magnifique location, proche de nombreuses activités

La location est très bien fournie et agréable à vivre: table de ping pong, piscine, livres, barbecue. La terrasse est abritée du soleil. Il y a 3 chambres et de la place pour 6-8 personnes. Petit bémol sur l'accès internet, assez faible aussi bien en wifi que 4G (Orange s'en sort un peu mieux, mais pas de beaucoup). Mais il y a beaucoup à faire dans la région et une jolie bibliothèque dans la location, avec des romans, livres sur l'histoire et BDs.

Villa gelegen in prachtige grote tuin met privé zwembad, volledige privacy. Huis met overdekt terras, zeer goed onderhouden. Het Interieur , bedden en leefruimte zijn in het verhuurde gedeelte zeker voor de lange termijn onder de maat. In een dergelijke klasse verwacht je dat ook het meubilair eenheid, kwaliteit en klasse uitstraalt. Het contact met de beheerster Bernadette was uitstekend.

Toller Ort zum Entspannen

Ein wirklich traumhafter Garten mit großem Pool, Boulebahn, Tischtennisplatte zur alleinigen Nutzung. Die Küche ist neu, der Rest eher etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmäßig. Kontakt zu Besitzerin und Verwalterin sehr schnell und freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Un havre de sérénité

Magnifique domaine sans aucun vis-à-vis, vue sur le Mont Ventoux. Fraîcheur du jardin d'agrément et ses belles essences, papillons et cigales, oliveraie, piscine agréable et très bien entretenue. L'habitation n'est pas en reste avec sa fraîcheur naturelle, et l'agrément d'un logement moderne, bien agencé et équipé, complété ici et là par les touches de personnalité de ses hôtes. Jeux mis à disposition, parking privé, charme de Mirabel aux Baronnies complètent le tout. Nous avons été enchantés par cette expérience !

La maison est très fonctionnelle, la cuisine est bien équipée, les lits sont de bonne qualité et la maison garde bien sa fraîcheur. Le clou du spectacle reste quand même le jardin : magnifique. Et la piscine très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce bel endroit.
