Comfortable and spacious house located in the countryside of the small seaside resort of Saint Lunaire. It takes advantage of a pleasant location to access the beaches and hiking trails in a few minutes by car (Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint-Briac sur Mer, Saint Malo).

The house consists on the ground floor of a very large living room with direct access to the garden, an equipped kitchen open to the dining room.

The house is in very good condition, it was renovated in 2017, the furniture is comfortable and the decoration is neat.

Upstairs are two very large bedrooms, both with a sink and one with a bathtub.
The two bedrooms (about 30m2 on the floor each) are equipped with double beds, extra mattresses are also available.

Internet is offered free of charge by wifi.

You can park your vehicle in the garden path which is fully fenced.

Pets can be admitted on prior request, but the house is non-smoking.

Baby equipment possible on prior request (high chair, bath, travel cot).

A beautiful house with a lovely garden

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is beautifully renovated and large, and the yard was perfect for our Golden Retriever to play in. Fabien was cordial and came to help immediately when we had a small problem with the Wifi. We would like to come again!

Spacious characterful house with an extensive garden

We greatly enjoyed our time in this family home. We particularly valued the bright and spacious open plan ground floor with direct access to the terrace and mature gardens. Lovely to have the company of black sheep grazing peacefully behind a fence underneath the fruit trees. St Lunaire turned out to be a very charming seaside town with a nice beach promenade, cafes/restaurants, historic seaside villas and a rocky promontory ideal for watching the magnificent sunsets. Within a 30-minutes driving radius, there is plenty to see and do. The owner responded promptly and contact with the local property manager was very easy. The lack of a bathroom was more cumbersome than expected but we understand that the owners are considering to change this. The listing of the property on vrbo.com and fewo-direkt is not entirely accurate/comprehensive, e.g. it does not mention the lack of a bathroom or that it is unsuitable for tall people or people with reduced mobility. It is also worth knowing that there are some additional costs which are not stated on these websites at the time of paying the (non-refundable) booking deposit: water, electricity; cleaning fee, bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels (optional); and damage deposit.

Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft, sehr schön eingerichtet, mit Liebe dekoriert. Die antiken Möbel und der Mix mit modernen Möbeln ist perfekt gelungen. Das neue Duschbad ist perfekt. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Garten ist umwerfend. Wir und unsere 3 Hunde haben ihn sofort geliebt. Überall blüht es und es duftet wundervoll. Bessere Vermieter kann man nicht haben. Sehr sympathisch und stets hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist für die Erkundung der Gegend perfekt. Viele Strände und sehenswerte Orte sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Fantastisch!

Toller, großer Garten. Sehr geräumiges Haus. Gute Lage. Nicht weit von dem wunderschönen Ort Saint Lunaire und der Küste entfernt. Alles war sehr gut, mit dem Fahrrad, erreichbar. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es war, für mich und meiner Frau, ein toller Urlaub.

Maison très agréable

La maison est très confortable et très agréable à vivre. La grande pièce à vivre très lumineuse donne sur un très beau jardin. Très propre, cuisine très fonctionnelle. Échanges très fluides avec le propriétaire et Sylvia qui s'occupe de la maison. Très beau séjour.

Très bon séjour, très bon accueil, maison propre, belle, grande et bien équipée. Les petits inconvénients (escalier raide et baignoire en sous pente) nous ont été bien signalés et n’ont pas posé de problème ! Je recommande ce logement. Merci Fabien !

Sehr schöner Anwesen

Der Standort hat uns gefallen. Grosser und gepflegter Garten. Der Besitzer war zur gleicher Zeit in Nachbarhaus anwesend. Er war sehr sympathisch und hat uns gute Tips gegeben. Nur schade, dass er keine richtige Dusche gab. Wir mussten in Whirpool duschen und der war in Dachschräge gebaut. Gerade stehen war schwierig. Das Duschen dauerte aber bei mich aber nicht lange. Wir hätten ein Check als Kaution hinterlegen müssen. Wer braucht das noch? Zum Glück hatten wir genügend Bargeld. Strom und Wasser wird separat abgerechnet sowie Bettwäsche und Reinigung. Küche gut ausgestattet und sauber. Cidre und Madelaine als Wilkommengeschenk war herzig.

un coin de paradis, superbe maison et grand jardin

Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour à la maison du Doux verger à Saint Lunaire. Avons particulièrement aimé le salon et la terrasse. La région est très belle avec beaucoup de parcours de randonnée longeant le bord de mer. Confort et accueil du propriétaire chaleureux, merci pour tout.
