Merrimack Beach block first floor condo! This one bedroom unit has a nice living room with a queen size sofa bed, dining area, full kitchen, stack washer/dryer and bedroom with a queen size bed. The complex has a heated swimming pool and assigned parking for one car. Just steps from the beach and across the street from the recreational field which has tennis and basketball courts and a playground. Fine restaurants and night life are located less than two blocks away. Just a short bike ride to the center of Stone Harbor. This location is the perfect destination for your family vacation! Merrimac Rental Units ARE Smoke FREE both inside the unit and anywhere on the premises. This unit has 2 wall air conditioner units.
