Effectivement le secteur de Fabregas est prisé pour son calme et les commerces les plus proches se trouvent à 1.6 km. Nous ne manquerons pas de le préciser dans l'annonce. treè jolie coin près de la mer. Intérieur qui a mal vielli notamment la cuisine. Plancha mal soignée

Très joli paysage. Très beau coin. Maison pas très bien préparée. Des ampoules qui ne fonctionnent pas. Four sans poignée. Frigo et congélateur sans poignée Crédence à refaire. Plancha à soigner d'avantage. WC pas très stable (certainement mal fixé.
