Cute Lakefront Cottage on Lake Michigan.

Beautiful 900 square foot cottage with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Panoramic view of Lake Michigan is breathtaking. Clean updated interior. Two bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has bunk beds. The cottage sleeps 6 comfortably. You will enjoy the spacious living/kitchen/dining area. Flat screen TVs are in the living room and master bedroom. The cottage is in a private association so there is plenty of privacy. It has a newer LP gas furnace for cool nights if needed. There is usually a nice cool breeze off of Lake Michigan for your comfort. But large fans are provided in each bedroom if needed. Two kayaks are provided.
The cottage is on a small bluff overlooking Lake Michigan.There is access to the Lake down a flight of stairs (about 35 steps). However, due to high Lake water levels again this year, entering the water from them should not be attempted at this time. Due to slippery rocks and the unpredictability of Lake Michigan currents, YOU ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK AND CHILDREN WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION IS PROHIBITED. There are several places to swim and kayak close by. The kitchen is clean, convenient and has all of the utensils, plates, pots, and cookware you will need for your comfort. Bedding and towels are provided as well. There is parking for two vehicles (three, if you squeeze tightly). The cottage is located just 5 minutes from recreational Silver Lake and 15 minutes from quaint Pentwater Village. A great family vacation place.

The house was so cute! Loved the decor. The bedrooms were small but had everything we needed. The view from the living room was beautiful. We had three aduts (sisters) staying there and all of us were completely satisfied. I ptlicked a perfect place for our get away!

Love Juniper Beach. My family's cottage was 2 doors down before sold in recent years. Cottage is very nice. We had a few hot and humid days, so wish there was a screen door for cross ventilation. Nice vacation and hope to return next year.

Fantastic sibling reunion

Peacefull, restfull, very clean, great views of lake, easy to visit local attractions. Enjoyed by siblings from Florida, Colorado, Penna and Mich. Very comfortable for seniors. Would stay again.

Amazingly beautiful and peaceful

This property couldn't be better. Everything you need for comfort and relaxation, just bring your food. We were continually in awe of the gorgeous views from inside and on the porch.

On the lake

Well, we loved our stay. Right on the lake,enjoyed the 1 mile walk to silver lake beach. Luckily, it wasn’t too hot no AC, but they have fans. We enjoyed the location and the home. We would stay here again.

Stunning Views

We had a girls' trip to celebrate a friend's retirement and had a blast! The sunsets each night were incredible. The environment so peaceful and restful. The house was well-stocked and perfect for our getaway. Hope to return soon!

Gorgeous Sunsets!!!

Best view of sunset right from the cottage off Lake Michigan. Quiet and peaceful! Very comfortable and simple cottage. We loved our stay. My husband and I went for a nice walk and you can walk to the silver lake sand dunes.

Perfect weekend getway

We had a nice little week-end getaway with my husband and 4 year old daughter. The place was perfect and the cabin is very clean with everything you need. One thing is that there is no phone, internet reception at the cabin, but if that doesn't bother you, this is the perfect place to relax and spend time with your family.

Like camping but better…

We have aged out of tents and cabins, but aren’t quite RV ready. This cottage fit the bill nicely: flush toilet and beds for everyone, beautiful sunset and birds chirping the arrival of a new day. Just enough adversity: no dishwasher, only one bathroom, no AC, and a bumpy mile long dirt road arrival. If we were the type to revisit a location, this would be on our list. Very clean house, plenty of lamps and fans to tailor to our preferences, and comfortable beds and chairs/sofa.

Excellent family vacation

This little cottage was such a delightful place to stay! Comfortable beds, clean and beautiful decor (my boys loved looking and talking about the bear and antlers on the wall!), nicely stocked kitchen items, excellent view, and even s’more fixings complete with firewood and fire starter kit provided! We felt so invited and refreshed! Neighbors were nice, too! Nearby beaches were easily accessed and not too crowded. Overall, a great place to stay for some R&R at the Lake! Thanks for the memorable visit!

Weekend getaway.

This was a nice secluded spot. We came up for a Raptor event at Silver Lake, which was just a few minute drive away yet just far enough away to be peaceful. Opening the windows at night to hear the waves crashing on the beach was so relaxing. We would stay here again. The hosts were very nice. We loved the thoughtful touches. Roar!

Second stay

This was one second year at this adorable cottage. We loved it once again! The stairs to the lake were improved from last year. (Still no lake access, but we could get closer to watch the waves and sunset.) We are comfortable with the simplicity of handwashing dishes, and enjoyed unplugging from a hectic schedule with no wifi and basically no phone connection. All in all, a great place for a wonderful vacation!
