Be Our First Guest! Beautiful New Construction Home built in 2018. Modern Rustic is the best description. Located close to Lake Winnipesaukee. Quiet Neighborhood ideal for walking, biking, and playing. We have access to Water .3 of a mile for Canoe or Kayak Launch Only with playground and common area. Three bedrooms (2 Queen, 1 King) all linens provided with 2.5 bathrooms. Public beaches and boat launches, center of town and shopping approximately 4 miles away. Saturday to Saturday Rentals Only

Why they chose this property
Best of Both Worlds near the lake with an updated floor plan. Ponderosa Pine Planks on the Vaulted Ceiling and throughout the house. Quiet family neighborhood. Kayak to Stonedam Island. Close to public beaches, public boat launches and marinas if you don't want to bring your boat. Drive to North Conway for a day trip in about an hour +plus.
