Nice bright and calm flat T3 on the 1st floor with elevator in a new residence.
Covered parking. Bike room.
All equipment is new, bedding also.
Two bedrooms with beds 160x190 (possibility 2x80), cupboards - Sheets provided.
Shower room - heated towel rail - towels provided. Independent toilets.
Large living room with dining area (1 table with extension, 6 chairs)

Zwei schöne Urlaubswochen in Concarneau

Sehr freundliche und angenehme Vermieterin der in optimaler Lage zum Strand gelegenen und vorbildlich ausgestatteten Wohnung. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit Blick zum Park und alles in sehr guten Zustand, mit eigenem überdachten Stellplatz und Fahrradraum. Schöner Weg zur Innenstadt per Fahrrad am Meer entlang, ansonsten anders als in den NL viele Höhenunterschiede mit z.T. erheblichen Anstiegen. Viel Sehenswertes innerhalb 30-90 min Autofahrt und natürlich „la bonne cusine francaise“. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub selbst bei nicht ganz idealen Wetterbedingungen. Empfehlenswert !

Appartement tres bien situe et tres agreable

Sejour tres agreable. Appartement confortable, avec une belle vue sur le parc. Bon agencement. Situe a cote de la thalasso et de la plage des sables blancs. Il serait bien de rajouter une petie rape dans la cuisine.

Bel appartement bien équipé

Très bel appartement, bien entretenu, très bien équipé et de qualité. Il est situé au 1er étage avec balcon, une place de parking couverte et un local propriétaire pour ranger les vélos. L'environnement est très calme, proche de la Thalasso de Concarneau et de la plage et à 2kms du centre ville. Si l'appartement est tenu comme il l'est aujourd'hui, vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute Bettwäsche, reichlich Handtücher. Parkplatz überdacht. Ein hübscher Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Übernahme der Wohnung hat perfekt geklappt, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich.

Excellent séjour

Très bel appartement ,très bien agencé , très complet et très bien équipé . L’appartement est très bien situé ,entouré d’un joli parc et très calme . La plage des sables blancs est très proche .Le centre ville est très facilement accessible par un chemin arboré ou par la côte . La propriétaire était très accueillante et sympathique,tout était parfait ,à refaire.
