- There are no elevators at this resort. A lower level can be requested but not promised.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.

- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: $30 PER DAY RESORT FEE DUE AT CHECK IN

Resort Fee includes WiFi, fitness center, fitness classes, recreational facilities (18 hole mini golf, tennis and sport court), garden gas grills, pools and spa tub, fire pit, creekside park, 24 hour business center, computer/internet and boarding pass printing.

When Checking In: A photo ID and a credit card for a $100 refundable security deposit are required. Deposit is for incidentals only and will be refunded at check out, provided there are no charges you incurred during your stay.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. If you have paid in full for your reservation, a detailed arrival letter will be sent as soon as possible.

Great location, terrible unit

The resort is nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and the shops so close. Unfortunately this particular unit was a disappointment. The bed was sooo uncomfortable. Our backs were killing us the whole time as a result (and we are in our mid-30’s). The unit also smelled horrible and the AC didn’t work properly. We bought a candle and air freshener to try and make it less gross smelling but it was hard to cover the stench. Sort of a mildew smell. Unit is a handicap accessible unit which was fine - it was quite spacious - but the smell, bed, and AC issues really were bad and overshadowed some of the better parts. It was in the 40s/50s at night but we could get the unit to be any cooler than 70 which made us even more uncomfortable at night in an already terrible bed. If they could air out the unit and buy a new bed and smaller pillows then we probably would rate this a 4 or 5 star.

Lovely! Great location and accommodations. Enjoyed the whirlpool one evening and mornings on our balcony with coffee. Hiking close by as well as Telaquepaque.

The condo was a bit rundown. Stains on countertops, uncomfortable bed, shower not working well, not very clean. The location is good for walking to shops and restaurants.

Nice condo in the heart of Sedona

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Los Abrigados. The atmosphere was welcoming, and friendly. We loved the view, and was happy with the amenities—hot tub at night, and stove top for making our breakfasts. We can tell the property is a bit worn—the grout in the tiles in the bath was loose, and the bottom of the hot tub worn. Looked like they were set to making updates soon. Loved the location!! And referrals to local hot spots was great.

Great property right on the creek and close to shopping. Ordered delivery from their restaurant and local restaurants and all food was great
