Our home is newly updated ! Well furnished and equipped duplex 1st & 2nd FL avail for rent. Each floor has 2 bedrooms, I bath, large living room and kitchen with private entrance. House is perfect for families, multi-generation families or friend families. Located on the the bay side, 211 steps to the beach & 4 houses from the bay. We are on a quiet street at the very north end of Harvey Cedars and on the cusp of Love ladies, it's just a short walk to the Harvey Cedars shops and restaurants, including Black-Eyed Susan's, Foodies, Birdy's Cafe & Artisan Market and Neptune Market.

Our beaches are Guarded and are not crowded in Harvey Cedars.

The large backyard includes 2 grills, 1 for each unit. There is also a sitting area, a laundry room with washer and dryer and an outdoor shower.

Each unit comes with 4 beach badges, (required for those 12 years and older), 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. In addition there are boogie boards and sand toys all are welcome to use.

Great house

This house was a gem! Everything was new and the beach gear was plentiful. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen knives actually worked wonderfully which is so rare in a rental. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend!

Adorable home, great location

The property was a lovely, well-kept home in the Harvey Cedars section of LBI. Easy walk to the bay or beach side. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach wagon were provided. Great porch with a ceiling fan to enjoy meals and rocking chairs to enjoy the view. Communication with the landlord was excellent. The check in process could not have been easier. Highly recommend for an enjoyable beach stay!

We enjoyed our stay

We had a great time in LBI and enjoyed the house. It was very clean and a great distance from the beach. We enjoyed having the front porch covered and the ceiling fan helped on those really humid days. If we had one thing to add to the house it would be a television in the master bedroom. My wife and I are used to falling asleep with the noise of a show in the background. A thanks to Michelle for adressing all our needs and being available for anything that came up

We have been vacationing at LBI since we were children and now vacation with our children there. This house is in a great location to the beach and bay. The beaches in Harvey Cedars are beautiful with plenty of room to spread out your blanket!

We Take Great Pride In Your Beach Vacation Rental Experience

What makes this property unique

We love this location because you don't need your car once you arrive. Walk or bicycle to the beaches, restaurants, ice cream parlors, food market, bakery, liquor store, and more! Also there is a great view of the sunsets right in front of our house. Our backyard is private and great for family BBQ and games!
