Savoie-La Chautagne-lodging the highlands

The cottage Les Hautes Terres welcomes you north of Lake Bourget between the Grand Foug mountains and the Grand Colombier. Located 400m above the largest populetum (poplar) of Europe, the cottage offers an exceptional view of the Rhone Valley. the upland cottage is ideal for two people and two children.
On one level, its surface is 70mÂČ
Extension possible with sofa bed, supplement € 50 for one person
Composed of 2 rooms including a large room with a bed of 160 and a kitchen open living room.
A mezzanine can accommodate 2 children sleeping, a sofa bed is located in the living room kitchen area.
Charges (heating / electricity) included.
You will find in equipment; Dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, freezer, plenty of storage space, walk-in shower, wc, television, wifi, fondue set, raclette grill, secure swimming pool with terrace overlooking the gite
plancha, garden furniture, koi pond, private parking, garden.
The cottage is air conditioned, you can keep fit with the elliptical trainer available.
The rental includes sheets, beds are made on arrival, towels are provided.
Also if you want to make bread with Richard, the wood oven will be lit.

N'hésitez pas une seconde !

Un trÚs gentil sms de la part de Françoise et Richard avant d'arriver, un super accueil sur place avec boissons dans le frigo, bonbons pour les enfants (et les parents ; ) ), savon maison. Apéro offert pour faire connaissance et nous voilà partis pour 1 semaine de vacances sereine et détendue. La location est juste parfaite. Propre, calme, joliment décorée. Les hÎtes sont discrets et trÚs sympathiques et connaissent bien leur région. Allez-y foncez !!!

Zeer aangenaam

Het is een aangenaam verblijf met alles aanwezig water moet zijn. De keuken is uitvoerig uitgerust (hoewel sommige bakpannen wel aan vervanging toe zijn ;-). Het zwembad is heerlijk en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. De tuin biedt voldoende gelegenheid om van de zon te genieten, maar ook van de schaduw. Francoise en Richard zijn uitmuntende gastheer/vrouw. De verwelkoming met wijn, zeep en zelfgemaakte jam is nog maar een begin. Het aangeboden aperitiefje blijkt meer dan dat en heeft de maaltijd vervangen. Kortom zeer aan te raden.

Un sĂ©jour en famille au top 👍

Nous avons passĂ©s un excellent sĂ©jour en famille au sein du gĂźte de Françoise et Richard. Le gĂźte est trĂšs propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©s, les enfants ont apprĂ©ciĂ©s de dormir en mezzanine en mode "cabane" pour enfants. Que dire de cette superbe vue sur la montagne le matin au rĂ©veil, le soir au coucher du soleil vous en prenez plein les yeux. Que dire de la piscine qui Ă  fini par mettre tout le monde d'accord ! Les enfants ont pris plaisir Ă  donner Ă  manger aux poissons dans le petit bassin dont nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© de dĂ©jeuner, dĂźner Ă  cĂŽtĂ©... Françoise et Richard sont des hĂŽtes exceptionnels tant par leur gentillesse, leur gĂ©nĂ©rositĂ©, leur convivialitĂ©... (La liste est longue). Ils ont su nous accueillir comme si nous Ă©tions de la famille gĂątĂ© par des cadeaux de bienvenus, des boissons fraĂźches et sans parlĂ© de leur apĂ©ritif de bienvenue oĂč les liens ont pu commencer Ă  naĂźtres. Ce sont des hĂŽtes bienveillants toujours lĂ  en cas de questions ou de conseils et Ă  la fois des hĂŽtes trĂšs discrets ! Nous les remercions encore pour cette belle semaine car ils y ont contribuĂ©s. Quand Ă  la rĂ©gion il y a beaucoup de choses Ă  voir la semaine a Ă©tait chargĂ© par de beaux lieux magnifiques Ă  dĂ©couvrir (Chanaz, les grottes de saint Christophe, ChambĂ©ry, Chamonix et sa mer de glace, Annecy, les lacs....). En rĂ©sumĂ© une trĂšs belle semaine de vacances en famille que nous espĂ©rons pouvoir renouveler. Amicalement. Lisa, Xavier et les gnomes 😂

We had a wonderful holiday made perfect by this beautiful gite in a beautiful part of France.

The gite was like home. All you needed was provided, exceptionally clean and comfortable and the whole experience topped off by two very lovely people as your hosts. Richard and francoise are two wonderfully accomodating and informative hosts. We wish to return the the area and would love to stay at their gite again

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine au mois d'aout chez Françoise et Richard. Le gĂźte est magnifique, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, avec une vue qui nous a fait regretter de ne pas habiter la rĂ©gion tous les matins. Les enfants ont adorĂ©s, nous aussi. La rĂ©gion est splendide, beaucoup de choses Ă  faire. Et que dire de Françoise et Richard !! L’accueil qu’ils nous ont rĂ©servĂ© a tout simplement Ă©tĂ© incroyable. D’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilitĂ© de tous les instants, tout en Ă©tant d’une discrĂ©tion subtile. Leur conseils nous ont permis de dĂ©couvrir des endroits tout Ă  fait charmants. TrÚs beau gßte, proprios accueillants et trÚs belle région

Nous avons passé une semaine cet été dans le gßte de Françoise et Richard et nous ne sommes repartis qu'avec de bons souvenirs. Le gßte est parfaitement équipé, tout est propre et de taille correcte pour 2 adultes avec enfants. L'espace extérieur est un vrai plus avec une trÚs belle piscine et une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Enfin, Françoise et Richard sont trÚs accueillants, discrets et de trÚs bonne compagnie. Ce fût une belle découverte!

Un séjour trÚs agréable et trÚs convivial auprÚs d'hÎtes fort sympathiques

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Françoise et Richard, le gßte est spacieux et confortable avec une vue extraordinaire sur le Colombier. Le jardin est aménagé avec des espaces à l'ombre bien appréciables en cette saison. La piscine disponible à toute heure du jour et de la nuit est un vrai régal surtout au retour des randonnées. Le concert sur l'eau organisé par Batojazz au lac du Bourget restera un souvenir inoubliable. Tout avait bien commencé, Françoise nous avait offert à notre arrivée une délicieuse gelée de prunes maison et des petits savons, Richard nous avait préparé un apéritif au bord de la piscine pour faire connaissance. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, tout était parfait !
