We had a great stay in Michael's Casita. It was a welcoming space with a nice kitchenette spacious bathroom and bedroom with a comfy bed. Michael was very responsive and we enjoyed meeting his furry friends.

I am a native of Phoenix and my husband hails from North Carolina. We both get a kick out of hosting… The Casita can be completely separate and private but if a guest wants to, they really can open up and enjoy the whole house. We have met some really wonderful guests through the years and have quite a few repeat visits.

Why they chose this property

We live in a quiet and very walkable neighborhood. There is a small farm up the street where people enjoy feeding the chickens, goats, potbellied pigs among others. There is also a public golf course right at the end of the street. There are several parks nearby as well as a tennis center and a bridal path where people can ride bicycles, walk, or ride their horse.

What makes this property unique

Many guests describe our property as an oasis in the desert. The yard is lush and green and there's almost always something in Bloom. We have large shade trees, one of which has a wooden bench swing perfect for relaxing and picture taking. Everything about the home has been updated and modernized.
