Location amazing! Gated community makes it safe. Unit fully furnished with lots of great things! Disappointed that the pool was not heated and the outdoor grills did not work. If those 2 things were improved, it would get 5 stars for sure!

Great unit in great location

Great condo in a perfect location. Access to lots of restaurants and easy to get around. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We originally booked a different unit for our nine-day stay but were contacted before arrival and informed that we needed to move because the guests in our reserved unit had extended their stay.Upon arrival, we experienced a couple of issues with the shower, which the host addressed promptly that same day. The host was responsive throughout our stay and quick to resolve the concerns we brought to their attention, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, the property was disappointing overall. The unit is very dated and would benefit from upgrades. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and there were cobwebs above the bed in the master bedroom. Additionally, every time we turned on the shower, the water ran brown and had to run for quite a while before it cleared. This gave us the impression that the unit may not have been used or properly prepared for guests in some time.On a positive note, we felt very safe in the gated community. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Overall, we couldn’t help but feel as though we had been placed in a less desirable unit after our original reservation was no longer available.We are not trying to be overly critical, but this trip was especially meaningful to us. After 32 years of marriage, this was our first vacation away together as a couple. We had hoped for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience. With some attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and furnishings, this property could offer a much better experience.

The hot tub was not heated nor was the pool. The location was nice and the check in/check out process was easy. Patio area got filthy after the gardener came by and used his leaf blower; there was no broom to sweep it so it remained dirty. Bathroom needs to be updated with more counter space.

Comfortable Stay

Very clean and comfortable. So much better than staying in a hotel.Kitchen has everything you need if you want to prepare a light meal and a grocery store is less than half a mile away. There is a great breakfast spot around the corner and many restaurants to choose from in the area. This was our second time using Elite and had a great experience with both properties.
