We had a great stay. Condo is clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, as well as a small ice cream shop on property and a great BBQ joint for dinner. Have stayed here twice and will probably be back.

The property has an extremely beautiful view of the lake. It was extremely clean. The check-in process was awesome and Wendy responded to every text in a timely manner. The swimming pool was awesome. My wife and I slept quite comfortably in the bed. Overall, it’s a great unit and I think we will definitely come back.

Great spot for a quiet family vacation

Kitchen was very small but well equipped. Bathrooms were clean. Bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds.

May Weekend Stay

Very nice property, well maintained, nice updates and has lots of space. You can tell that the owner goes out of his way to provide you with everything that you may need. Also, the view of the lake was amazing and it is just a five minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property

Kingston Plantation is a beautiful location. The short walk to the beach was very scenic. We appreciated the beach chairs and well equipped kitchen. The manager responded to my questions immediately.

Perfect for a Family Get-Away

The condo was very clean and nice and just a 5 minute walk to the beach in a nice gated community. Parking, loading and unloading were no problem at all. Anything you need and fun things to do are all nearby. Highly recommend.

Wow! Book with confidence!

Our stay was perfect. The condo was better than advertised. It was updated, spacious, and comfortable. Our family loved the screened in back porch right on the water. You are steps away from the pool and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. We look forward to staying here again.

Family Vacation

This place was exactly as described. Beautiful, recently renovated and very clean. The owner and manager were easily accessible to communicate with and the check in process was the easiest we have ever had. We rented a golf cart for the week but honestly it’s just as easy to walk or make the short drive to the beach. My kids loved the lake for fishing right behind the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Lake and Ocean views

We loved our stay on this property. It was in a great location on with a "lake view" and then just a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and the kitchen came with dishes that helped with cooking. Wendy was super nice and super helpful. I will definitely be recommending this place to others and if we every go back to Myrtle beach I will be booking here.

Welcomed Guests

We stayed here for 5 nights and we encountered ZERO issues! The condo was very clean and presented as in the photos. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed by providing all of the essentials that we needed and MUCH MORE to have a wonderful stay. The king size bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Even my husband, who complains about sleeping in any bed other than our own, didn’t have any complaints! This is a 5-star accommodation, no doubt, and we will return!

Beautiful property

Best location, beautiful property with everything close by. Property has it all pool, beach and fishing pind. My son absolutely loved the fishing pond. This location was riggt outside pind where we could watch him from balcony or if we were poolside. Quiet peacful location. Condo is just right. We would definitely come back and stay here. Recommend to anyone. Stood a week for a baseball tournament 20 min away from condo. Laurel court was wonderful. 5 stars

This condo never dissappoints

This was my second year in a row spending spring break here and it didn't disappoint. The unit is clean, well stocked and the location is great. I love the screened balcony especially early in the morning and in the evening and the short walk to the beach is perfect to get my beach time and exercise in all at the same time. Thank you for sharing such a great unit. My sister joined me for the last day of my stay and she enjoyed it as well. The owners provide beach chairs and beach toys for fun times at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
