This is a cozy, immaculate, recently constructed home on a private half-acre lot with a tranquil, south-facing water view and outdoor shower in a quiet and upscale neighborhood. Downstairs consists of one walkout room with full bed and bath with windows on three sides and sliding doors to patio, outdoor shower and private yard.

Wonderful week at a delightful property, in an idyllic spot! Private location in a quiet Orleans neighborhood, with a raised deck with glimpses of a lovely pond. Clean and bright. Best for two, but there is room for a guest or two on the lower level. We will be back!
