Amazing place!

The location was great and within easy walking distance to all of Newport. The condo was exceptionally clean and very comfortable for all. We thoroughly enjoyed this and we will be back!

Perfect Getaway - dog friendly

My daughter and I stayed here with our two small dogs. Specious, clean and great location. Back yard was a bonus as the dogs ran around while we had our morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Yachting Village Rocks

My family and I stayed for three days at the Yachting Village and could not have been happier. The Guesthouse was cozy, very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was fantastic. Matt and Ryan were great communicators and very hospitable. We hope to stay there again in the near future!!!

Preholiday trip

The apartment was perfect for our short pre holiday trip. Everything you would need was supplied and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We even sat on the front porch for our morning coffee! Will definitely stay here on our next trip up to Newport.

Another GREAT visit!!!!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and it is just perfect for our needs. We were 5 adults and had plenty of room. Location is perfect... Walkable to everything but still quiet at night. Great outdoor space with a perfect "people watching" front balcony. We will definately be back.

Fabulous Girls Get-a-Way!

These accommodations were perfect for my girl's trip. We went to the Tennis Hall of Fame and were able to walk easily to the Club and dinner at night. Apartment space was clean and comfortable. I was happy as the planner that my friends were thrilled. Highly recommend and hope to be back in the future!

Fun in Newport

We had a great stay in Newport. The unit was close to downtown, easy to walk to. The apartment was so neat, clean and updated. Nice touch to have coffee, sugar, 1/2 and 1/2. Just wish there was better parking. The streets were extremely crowded but all in all would 100% rent again. Thank you.

We were at a family wedding. I wished we had a 2nd bathroom; however, I knew it only had one, but it was very tight. No washer dryer. The noise level was high, we could hear guests upstairs, not very soundproof. The location was great, we walked everywhere. Place was very clean

As advertised

Great place on Thames St. Cute condo. Spacious room. Well equipped. Nice kitchen and really nice bathroom/shower. Only problem was the guests on the first floor playing music at 2:30am on a Sunday Night. We finally had to call the cops on them. There are clear house rules to be quiet after 10. If all guests conform, it’s a fantastic place to stay.

Winter weekend

This property was everything it claimed to be. The hosts were quick to reply to questions and had thoughtfully curated suggestions for dining and activities in town. The space is on the second floor and you can hear the feet of those above and neighboring dogs on occasion, if that bothers you. This place is right on Thames, which means easy access to pubs, restaurants and shops as well as an experience of the energy of town. It was easy enough to park on the street close by and navigate the area. The space was very well cleaned and had all necessities one might need when traveling. We would be happy to stay again.

Outstanding location and fabulous place!

I did a quick girls weekend in Newport for my daughter's birthday, and we wanted a spot close to town to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. 638 Thames was perfect! Super clean and cutely decorated. Comfortable beds and lounging space. You can hear the neighbors walking around above you b/c of floor boards, so would just recommend bringing a white noise machine if you are light sleepers. But other than that, bring your sneakers and your appetite for all things Newport! Such great hosts, thank you, Matt and Ryan!! ~ Traci

Nice kitchen. Even had several cork screws. Could use a couple red wine glasses. Ut the martini glasses very much sufficed. Window AC/heat units worked well but a sign saying that the wall thermostat would have been nice. Not a big deal. Walk up the steep flight of stairs with luggage was initially concerning but it worked out fine. The back patio was great, including a fenced in small grassy yard for a dog or a kid. Very nice and unexpected! TV worked well. Able to connect my laptop and watch TV after getting carryout. No really "dining room" (just a wall-facing counter) but the coffee table in the living room worked well.

We were very pleased with this VRBO rental. We decided to stay in Newport last minute and feel fortunate this was available. It is a short drive to the center of Thames, but it is also walkable (if you don’t have a bad knee). The apartment is bright, clean and had everything we needed. Parking was not an issue. We will look to stay here again. Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful apartment.
