This was an amazing haven and was the perfect spot! Close enough to the action but just far enough away to give us the peace and calm we needed. Parking was super easy for us, we were there at the end of April, I know summer will be a bit tougher. The location was incredible, so much to do in walking distance. The host was so amazing and communicative. The place was immaculate. We really enjoyed Newport and would stay here again if we're ever able to get back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this rental in Newport! The location could not have been better—everything was within walking distance, including downtown Newport, which made it so easy to explore the area, enjoy great restaurants, and take in all the charm the town has to offer.I spent the weekend here with my nieces, and it was the perfect setting for quality time together. We made so many special memories that we'll cherish for years to come. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and served as an ideal home base for our adventures. Host was amazing to rent from.If you're looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend this rental. We would love to come back again!

Overall nice property. The mattress on the pullout couch is absolutely terrible and paper thin also for anyone that has to sleep on the pullout couch or in the living room. There are no curtains on the glass door that goes to the porch so the street lights that are always on our blaring into the living room. There were crumbs in the pullout couch perhaps it wasn’t cleaned. This property says that it likely comes with parking, but it did not and the six of us stayed there had to park about a half mile away. If there’s anybody staying in the floor above the second level, there seems to be zero insulation because you can hear every noise and footsteps from the people above which had us not able to sleep because the footsteps were incredibly loud.The pros of this property was that the host was excellent. Great communicator and quick response time. Rest of property was clean.

The place was nicely decorated on the inside, but not clean and the appliances were dirty (TOASTER AND OVEN) not a great/safe neighborhood. Roaches found in the home - definitely not saving this as a favorite.

Our property is professionally cleaned and inspected after every stay, including all appliances. We’ve also confirmed with our cleaning team that they have never encountered bugs of any kind, especially roaches or similar in the unit. However, had anything like this been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have addressed it immediately.
