Charming cottage in the heart of Newport with reserved parking close by. One block from Thames Street and Bowen's Wharf. Walk to restaurants and galleries, mansions and beaches. And after a long day of sightseeing, recharge in a luxury retreat.

The home was designed with the comfort of our guests in mind. Sleep on Tempurpedic mattresses with Brooklinen sheets. Kick your feet up on the plush sofa while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV.

The kitchen offers brand new appliances and is stocked with a Keurig with K-Cups and an assortment of teas.

The patio separates the main house from the second bedroom, which is in a separate building that used to be an artist’s studio, providing ultimate privacy and a unique hideaway for guests.

This is the perfect place for a getaway. The bedroom is sized just right, the bathroom has beautiful, old-school green tile, and the kitchen is clean, updated, and spacious enough that you don’t feel cramped. Check-in was a breeze - I loved that I didn't need a key!The shower is also a huge highlight. There’s nothing worse than arriving at a hotel or vacation home only to find a shower that feels like a closet. This one was larger than most I’ve seen in the city, and I loved the giant, gentle shower-head. As a city girl, having such a calm, relaxing shower forced me to slow down and take my time - it was a wonderful change of pace from the constant rush of city life.If you need a getaway for yourself or as a couple, this is the perfect spot if you truly want to feel like you’re in your own private retreat. Hotels are great, but there are times when you just want a real sanctuary, and this place is exactly that. It’s also truly in the heart of Newport, making it incredibly easy to walk everywhere.I can't wait to come back!

Great stay in a beautiful town. This was perfect home for a father/daughter getaway, we had our own spaces. He stayed in the main house as he is an early riser, he could get up and make coffee and move about while I slept in the studio bedroom just steps away. I would recommend ear plugs as Saturday evening you could hear all the people walking the streets and traffic. There is also a church close by and the bells rang every hour. The rental is in a fabulous location, an easy walk to so many restaurants and shops. Parking is difficult around town and street parking is limited, so it was nice to have a dedicated parking spot just a few blocks away. The hosts were communicative and quick to respond to any questions while we were onsite. Overall a fabulous experience and we would definitely book again!

This was the perfect weekend getaway. Sam and Savannah were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole trip! The home was in a perfect location in walking distance to everything we wanted to check out (Thames, Broadway, Museums). Will definitely stay there again when we come back in the summer!
