Step outside and enjoy over 800 feet of private beach, then return to your condo to relax on the private balcony while taking in beautiful Gulf views. The community also features two pools, including one heated year-round, a hot tub, tennis/pickleball court, fitness center, grilling and picnic areas, and private parking within the gated community.
Newly Updated Living & Dining Areas
The living and dining areas have been recently refreshed with all-new furnishings. Relax after a day at the beach with the 65" Smart TV, stretch out in the electric recliner, or enjoy a movie night on the queen sofa sleeper.
The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, making meals and family game nights easy and comfortable.
Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements
In the primary bedroom there is a king bed, TV, Gulf view, private entrance to the beachfront balcony and en-suite bathroom with a full stand-up shower. At the other end of the hall is the guest bedroom with a full and twin bed and TV. Between the two bedrooms is the hall bathroom with tub/shower combo and full-size washer and dryer.

Great family getaway!

Super cute space! Great for the 5 of us with a King master, full and twin in 2nd bedroom and Queen pull out in the living room. Balcony overlooking the gulf was perfect! Loved that the master had its own balcony door. Beds are comfy! Decor is fun! Loved the 5seat dining table! If you’re a frequent VRBO stayer add these to your list to bring these basics: Fans, TP, detergent (dishwasher and laundry), dish soap, hand soap, salt & pepper, coffee filters.

Beach condo

The greatest thing about this condo was access to the beach. TV in liiving room was terrible, very dark. Keurig coffee maker did not work. Main bathroom had very slippery tile. No rug. Nothing to hold on to getting out of tub. Condo was spacious. Kitchen very well equipped Overall we liked the condo, but it had some problems

Thank you for your review and the information! We did not know about the TV or we would've had it replaced immediately (we have spares on-site), as well as the Keurig. That is one of the bonuses of our on-site office, we can tend to issues asap. Every bathroom is left with a clean cotton bathmat as we understand about the tile and the importance of our guest's safety. We hope to see you again, and please remember to let our office know of any issues immediately so we can address them. Our goal is for our guests to have the best Sandy Key experience!
