This ground floor property is in a 24 unit complex, clean, bright and airy, perfect for those who want to be close to the water. It was formerly a two bedroom two bath; but the 1230 sq ft unit was renovated to create a larger kitchen, larger master bath and walk in closet. The master bedroom has a king bed and the queen Murphy bed between the kitchen and office area allows for two additional people. Cable and WiFi are included as well as assigned covered parking. The dining table can extend to seat up to 12. Plantation shutters are at all the windows.
It is located on Venetian Bay and is a short walk to the beach or drive to the grocery, entertainment, shopping, and Naples downtown 5th Avenue.
The night lights are beautiful. The complex has pretty landscape lighting and the lights reflecting on the bay are spectacular. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit and take in the night lights.
The complex has beautifully landscaped grounds and offers free use of the laundry facility, fire pit, grill, a large heated/cooled pool, chickee hut, fishing dock, fish cleaning table and barbecue grills. The unit has assigned covered parking just steps away from the front door.
You will find Leeward Cove to be a very friendly and party loving community. There are optional daily 5 o'clock gatherings.
There is a helpful property manager and the owner lives minutes away to address any issues that may arise.
