Cannot recommend the property enough! Beautiful and spacious and the surroundings are gorgeous. (It overlooks a large pond and is a short walk to the river.) Really great place.

Super clean, super friendly spot with plenty of kitchen amenities, king bed and both indoor & outdoor pools. We had a reunion in New Bern and we could not have picked a better spot! This may become an annual event. Highly recommend.

A great location and well equipped condo

We had a great time. The rec center pool was wonderful and we had 2 great meals at the Point Harbor golf course restaurant. The location was good to to the sights in New Bern, and was safe and relaxing. Really a nice place. I'd go again and stay in the same place.

The unit was clear and updated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, all the cooking and eating utensils you need. Plenty of clean towels and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a beautiful treed setting with lakes and plenty of birds to listen to. The activity center has exercise classes and a small weight room and a small exercise bike and treadmill room. The pool area is very nice. The whole complex is very well maintained. The only drawback for me is that it isn't close to local attractions or restaurants.

Amazing Condo

The area was amazing ,it was in a area that was convenient to the stores. We had access to the recreation area which was so cool. I would recommend this resort to my family and friends. Thank you guys for a great experience‼️🤗

My family owned a home at Fairfield Harbor for many years. We sold the house after my parents passed. Love this place and love that I can bring my family back for great memories and stay in comfort.

Beautiful place with a lot to do.

Beautiful place with a lot to do. We just needed to attend the welcome breakfast social and we were helped with many things to do including, attractions, dining, sight seeing, beaches and more. It took us a couple days to get familiar with locations to go and then we didn't even need much gps navigation. The local people are friendly and welcoming.

Last minute Labor Day trip

My family decided to take a last minute trip and was lucky enough to have been able to stay at this condo. It was very clean and provided us with all of the items that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and it was spacious for my family of four. The big jacuzzi tub was a hit with my two kids. The pool was very close by and we were able to enjoy time together swimming in it. Management was easy to communicate with and provided recommendations to nearby places for us to venture to.

New Bern Condo

The Condo was very nice and the location was perfect for us. Beautiful views! The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the water. It’s well water and I just wasn’t prepared for the smell. Other than that, it was perfect!

Almost perfect

Great property, well maintained and stocked with everything you would need. The only issue..the walls are paper thin. I could hear the people next to me as if they were in my unit. I could hear them shut drawers, in the tub and their bed squeaking.
