Location, location! The condo it’s self was a little outdated, but for how little time we spent in there—it didn’t bother me. We walked up and down the beach multiple times a day, and into town. It was perfect!

This was a Much needed get away for my daughter and myself.

Two bathrooms and almost two bedrooms make up for the rest.

The location is perfect as it has a waterfront view and access to the beach. Having a divider that makes it almost a two bedroom unit is a plus for our group of six. It was also convenient having two bathrooms as well. On the downside, this unit can definitely use new furniture in the living room. Something that is more comfortable and clean to sit on after a long day at the beach would be nice. We used the kitchen a lot this time since most of our favorite restaurants in the area were not open due to the pandemic. The kitchen appliances are okay but for guests like us who cooked at least one meal each day, it would have been more convenient to have newer or at least more usable kitchen supplies. Btw, a couple of pans could have been washed well before it was put in the cabinet as well. And I think it's almost time to change that carpet. Lastly, a small table and two chairs on the balcony to sit on and enjoy the lake view or watch the sunset would definitely please future guests in this unit. Over all, this unit is okay. We picked it not just because of the location but also the extra bedroom option and a second bathroom.
