Family friendly rustic 4 bedroom 1 1/2 bath cottage on serene Bass Lake. Located in the charming village of Elk Rapids. Just 20 minutes north of Traverse City Michigan. This cottage is equipped with AC and WiFi. At the cottage guests can enjoy kayaking, fishing, bonfires and numerous yard games. Just a short distance to East Grand Traverse Bay, along with several nature trails, tennis, basketball, pickleball courts and shopping. Shorts Brewing Company is within walking distance as well.

Latitude Adjustment was the perfect weekend getaway for us. Generously laid out, this cottage could fit a much larger family than ours. The kitchen/living area is huge and open. Dee is a great communicator, very friendly and helpful. The cottage is beautifully situated on the sunrise viewing side of Bass Lake and we were greeted each morning by the stunning reflection of the rising sun over the water. Definitely bookmarking this spot for 2026!
