This historic home on the west side of the Village of Elk Rapids! Prime location just two blocks from gorgeous sandy beach, playground, shops, restaurants, movie theater, and more! The spacious main floor offers a large dining room, living area, bedroom, one half bath and one bath with a shower, and a huge mudroom in the back of the home for backpacks, beach gear, or winter items. A large enclosed porch offers additional space for lounging or games. Upper level master suite includes a bath with jetted tub and a walk in closet/dressing room. The fenced back yard contains a large shaded deck and a fire pit for summer nights.

Nice place, plenty of room

My family and I enjoyed our visit for a week in August. The place is big with plenty of space. Short walk to town and beach. Will definitely consider booking again!
