About this property

Village of Elk Rapids Walk to Beach


3 bed 2 bath updated ranch home with patio/BBQ area and fenced in back yard. This south end neighborhood is one block to the Elk Rapids Day Park and backs up to a natural area. The harbor side downtown is 1 mile away with great beaches shops and restaurants. 20 minutes from Traverse City. NO: STRB26-109

The house has solid surface flooring throughout. All new beds and modern furnishings.

The master suite has a queen size bed, private bathroom and patio entrance.

The second bedroom is fit with a Full XL size bed which is narrower than a queen but the same length.

The small bedroom has two twin size beds one also being XL.

Upon request a folding memory foam bed can also be available for additional guests to utilize the living room as sleeping space.

The neighborhood is very quiet with the opportunity to hear many beautiful song birds. The day park is a great place to walk and enjoy the woodland trails along Grand Traverse Bay.
