Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo. Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.
Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis. Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island's longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town.

CANCELLATION POLICY To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in. In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. While we strive to keep our elevators in working condition, we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any defects will be corrected promptly. Mechanical issues may arise that are beyond our control, and repairs can only be performed by specialized vendors. In the event that the elevator is not operational during your stay, please understand that no compensation will be provided. Such a beautiful home in a fantastic location! Super easy check in and check out. Every room was beautifully decorated and the home was stocked with everything we needed. Close enough to the beach but far enough away from most of the heavy traffic. Quiet area that is close to everything! We're already planning our next stay!

The house was exactly as described. I would caution the wall to the beach is not as easy if you have lots of young kids and toys/tents to take. We walked the first day and after that took a few trips to drop people and stuff off. Plenty of dishes and utensils for our group. Rooms were spacious. Overall perfect. We especially loved that the house had plastic dishes and cups that we could use to eat at the table outside while taking a break from the pool.
Had our family reunion here with ages of 2 months to 62 years. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Close walk, bike, drive to the beach and other activities. Kitchen and dining was adequate to support our group of 15 and the pool downstairs was wonderful for days you didnt want the beach or sun.

Great property. Very responsive owner. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. Plan to rent bikes for an easy ride to the beach. We would stay here again as it was very nice, clean and well stocked.
Overall the stay was wonderful and we will return. The property is convenient and close to the beach and grocery stores. A simpler access to cable or means of watching television would be nice.

Loved the interior design. Great to have elevator for traveling with multi-generational family. Walk to beach was too far to be "easy" for our bunch, but a rented golf cart made it super fun. Having pool under the house was awesome for when it rained or we needed a break from the sun.
House was well maintained and property manager was great with reminders regarding garbage, etc. Walk was manageable to the beach with a wagon for your items.

We had two families and grandparents stay, and the house was a great fit for us. Plenty of space and the kids could all stay on the third level. The beach was a little further than we hoped, but not a bad walk.
The only hiccups were that the elevator wasn’t working and the pool light was out. Since it was over the 4th, they couldn’t get either fixed during our stay.

Had a really nice week on HHI staying at 93 Sandcastle Ct. There were 8 adults and 8 children under the age of 14. The accomodations were wonderful with plenty of room for sleeping, playing and catching up with our family. Kitchen was adequately stocked, lots of nice amenities to take to the beach and decent bed linens. While we would have preferred to be directly on the beach the walk or ride to the beach wasn't bad. Someone did a beautiful job with the decor and it does look the same in the pics. Overall a very nice place to spend a week. We would consider coming back here again for our annual family vacation.
We enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and nicely furnished. Had a small leak from a shower but owner had someone out within a few hours to look at it.
Only disappointment was that the outside temperature for the first several days was so cold, the heater in the pool could not keep the water warm. Therefore, we could only use it one day.

I booked this home for a family reunion of 6 adults and 5 kids. The property was amazing, but as host I was embarrassed at having picked a house with a number of issues that could have been prevented with better attention to detail and more robust access to elevator technicians.
Issue 1: broken elevator disappointed my father
I booked a home with an elevator because my father is currently dealing with a mobility issue. Four days before our stay, management told me that the elevator was broken and wouldn’t be fixed in time.
Resolution: They offered a comparable home in the same neighborhood with a working elevator but it had one fewer bedroom. After consulting my father, we chose to stick with the original home. They provided a discount of ~3.6%.
Impact: Significant inconvenience for my father, more bag-hauling for all, and disappointed kids. However, it was clear management took the issue seriously. I’d much rather have had a working elevator, but I’m also empathetic to the complexities of this business and appreciated the discount.
Issue 2: beeping elevator doors dampened the arrival excitement
When we arrived, the elevator was beeping multiple times per minute.
Resolution: The house instructions said to ensure the door to the elevator shaft was shut on each floor; that didn’t fix it. On a whim we tried flipping the breaker for the elevator from “off” to “on” and that worked. Management shared that they’d shut off the breaker to ensure we didn’t t

As the host, it is our responsibility to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests, and it seems that we fell short of your expectations in some areas. However, please be assured that we took these issues seriously and did everything within our means to efficiently resolve them.
Regarding the broken elevator, we understand the disappointment it caused, especially for your father who is dealing with a mobility issue. While we were unable to fix the elevator in time for your stay, we offered a comparable home in the same neighborhood with a working elevator as an alternative. We also provided a discount of approximately 3.6% to compensate for the inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding of the complexities involved in scheduling repairs with external vendors, especially during weekends and evenings.
We apologize for the beeping elevator doors upon your arrival. Our instructions to ensure the door to the elevator shaft was shut did not resolve the issue, and we appreciate your resourcefulness in solving it by flipping the breaker. This oversight on our part regarding the beeping is something we will address internally to improve our attention to detail.
We are sorry for the presence of used towels left behind in a staircase. We promptly addressed this issue as soon as you reported it. We appreciate your acknowledgment that, apart from this incident, the property was remarkably clean.
The buzzing noise in the first-floor master bedroom was indeed an unfortunate disturbance on your first evening. We apologize for the delay in returning your message and for the inconvenience caused. We dispatched a skilled handyman who was unable to solve the issue, and a licensed electrician eventually resolved it by shutting off the breaker to the pool heater. We understand that this required you to problem-solve late into your first night of vacation, and we appreciate your brother's assistance with spare earplugs.
We regret that you experienced wear and tear issues with the door handle and the pull-out trash can. We understand that you reported these issues upon checkout, and we apologize for not having the opportunity to address them during your stay. We will ensure that our property management team pays closer attention to such details in the future.
Lastly, we apologize for the timing of the elevator technician's visit near your checkout time. We are glad that he was kind and considerate, and we appreciate his assistance with your bags. Nevertheless, we understand that it was disheartening to see the elevator fixed just as you were leaving, unfortunately we are at the mercy of vendors and their schedules especially on a weekend being located on an island where we don't always have a large resource pool to pull from.
Once again, we apologize for the issues you encountered and any negative impact they had on your experience. We genuinely appreciate your understanding of the complexities involved in managing a property and scheduling repairs. Our number one goal is to provide the best customer service experience, and we will use your feedback to make necessary improvements.
