It was a great place for our 7 adults, 2 young children, and two dogs. It was also in a great community, close to the beach, and we felt secure. If your renting for more than a few days or have anywhere this number of people make sure you bring dish towels, wine glasses, paper towels, plastic wrap, condiments, a dark curtain for the master bedroom sliding doors.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were clean with plenty of towels. We had some problems with the TV remotes and the garage door opener, but the homeowner was very responsive. We would stay again.

When we arrived the trash cans we’re over flowing , maintenance never showed up to fix the ice machine, the change cord arrived but the vacuum doesn’t hold a charge more than a few minutes, I bought a vacuum cleaner from Walmart and started vacuuming the carpet I the living room and the pet hair, dust, and debris was ridiculous. The cleaning company is surely taking you for a ride , the third floor shower backs up drains very slow , the chairs in the living room need to be replaced or cleaned, the place could use some painting and a very deep cleaning.

Work Trip

We had six adults stay at the house. They had work to do during the day and were able to relax at night. Everyone loved the house and enjoyed area. The house is beautiful, the location is great, and there was enough space for everyone.
