My family and I stayed at this property last week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very communicative and helpful. The location to the beach and the village was convenient and the home was clean and well equipped. We really appreciated having helpful baby items, pool and beach supplies and such a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor spaces and pool are amazing! We look forward to visiting again soon!

The house was great, clean great location and had extra amenities that we could use. It was very nice having pool noodles, floats , beach towels, and beach chairs. It had a nice homey atmosphere. I would definitely rent from here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Siesta Key and provided some welcome relaxation after having been at the parks in Orlando. The house is perfect. The location is just back from the beach and is also within a short distance of the restaurants in the village. Whilst we used the car to get to the beach and visit, you can easily walk. The house has everything you need, including beach equipment (cart, umbrella, chairs, towels etc), 2 washer dryers, table football, well appointed kitchen and multiple televisions. The stand out area for us however was the pool area. The pool is big, with multiple tables, chairs, umbrellas and other seating areas. We had looked at other properties that didn’t have a pool and we are so glad we chose this. Communication before and during the stay from the host was brilliant. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Siesta Key, we would highly recommend this as we had a fantastic stay.

Everyone had a great time at vacation house. The House was well maintained & clean. Nice grill for cooking out. Kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved the pool ! It’s a Short walk to the beach & Siesta village. Plenty of beach equipment for everyone Host communication was great! Key lime pie left by the host was delicious.

This is the best stocked VRBO I’ve ever been to. It has everything we needed to fly in and not have to pack a bag with beach essentials. Excellent house for a big group. Private and quiet.
Pool has little seats so you can sit/chat.
Beach is well patrolled. It was fun seeing the horses.

This was the third time we have rented this beautiful property and absolutely loved it. Five adult couples in a space that perfectly accommodated all of us. Short walking distance to the beach as well as a .8 mile walk to the village. The owners/property manager did a wonderful job of updating the outdoor decking from wood to Trex and also upgraded the upstairs deck table to accommodate 10 people very easily. We will definitely be renting here again!

This property did not disappoint. It was perfect for our family vacation. The house and pool were sparkling clean. We loved the location, an easy walk to the beautiful beach and to Siesta Key Village. Tracey was a gem. she responded quickly to any and all communications. I highly recommend this property!

The house was as expected per the description and conveniently located. I thought I read there were beach umbrellas and learned that they don’t supply those any more We had to buy a couple and left them behind for the next guest. Publix has some cheap ones that worked for us. Plenty of beach chairs, wagons and cooler. Had a great time and Tracey was quick to respond to any questions! I would stay here again!

Lovely Place

Such a lovely stay at this large home minutes away from the beach. Perfect stay for two families as there are 2 separate levels, double washer and dryers, great amenities for kids, and fully stocked with beach essentials, pool toys etc. Tracey is such a lovely host who was very helpful if we needed anything. The amazing Key Lime Pie left for us was such a special treat and warm welcome.The house is very clean, pool was beautiful and plenty of table and seating room.Thank you for such a lovely stay - lots of memories made and we would definitely return.

Awesome girls getaway

We loved our stay and the location is perfect! The house is beautiful and all of us agreed our beds were comfy. Despite the colder weather, the host was quick to help us heat up the pool. Outdoor area and pool is absolutely gorgeous!! We would stay here again!
