The house was in an excellent location with gorgeous views of the ocean. The furnishings are a little tired, and the spa tubs on the patio should be cleaned. Overall, the house was very clean, and kitchen well appointed.

Very convenient location. Short drive or walk to most attractions and restaurants. The ocean view was amazing. We were a family of eight with two young children and plenty of space to spread out yet.

Great location and wonderful house. The hot tubs were very unique and a great feature to the home. This house has everything you need and more including a home theatre.

The home was wonderful for 7 senior women and 1 little dog. We are all 77It was clean and comfortable…..we thought the furniture that was in the living room should be switched in the room with the windows that faced the ocean.If you are a senior with balance or walking issues it is best not to go down to the soaking tubs. The beach was within walking distance, but again, not good if you have walking issues.We did have a wonderful time and the owner Richard was great to communicate with.So go and have a wonderful time, perfect for a family.

Nice placeNo towels in the half bath. The sliding door in dining room to deck requires roller maintenance. The house is not on the beach. A great view, but the pathway to the beach is treacherous for older people or ones with walking difficulties. The hot tub is 2 bathtubs. We never tried them.
