We will be pleased to welcome you in our cottage any comfort, ideal for stays with family or friends.
RELAXATION AND EXPANSION ASSURES!

Located 8km from the seaside resort of St CAST LE GUILDO in a typical village, where you will find all amenities, this cottage includes:

* Ground floor: Nice living room of 18m2 with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, 4 fires, oven, washing machine ...) , A sitting area with a sofa bed and a dining area with adjustable table and 4 chairs.
A room overlooking the garden with 2 single beds (possibility to put them in double bed). A bathroom with washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower.

* FLOOR: A mezzanine with reading corner to relax. A beautiful room with a double bed of 140 * 200 and a sanitary corner with wash hand and toilet.

* OUTSIDE: South facing terrace with dining area, barbecue and a private garden area.

Maison confortable au calme

Belle semaine en Bretagne dans un gîte très cosy avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Il est bien situé, proche des lieux à visiter. Les hôtes sont au petit soin, à l'écoute et discrets à la fois. Merci pour cela, ne changez rien. Au plaisir de revenir passer quelques jours. Merci

Gite de charme pour rayonner vers la côte d'émeraude

Joli gîte au calme, agréable (mais déconseillé aux personnes de plus d'1m75 :D) , doté d'une terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil. Commerces à proximité. Emplacement pratique pour rayonner vers Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo et toute la côte d'émeraude.

Petite maison dans la prairie..nous voilà chez les Ingalls..belle maison, très propre, tout est neuf, grandes chambres, salon, salle à manger très agréable, cuisine fonctionnelle : un séjour pour des vacances ici, on atterrit chez les Ingalls, les hotes sont si agréables, très à l'écoute, ils se donnent du mal pour satisfaire aux moindres souhaits et très rapidement !! devant la maison, une prairie, des bois, une grange, un rêve et des Bambis (ma mère les a vus pas moi) !! la nuit un ciel incroyable je ne savais pas qu'on pouvait avoir un tel ciel en France je n'avais vu ca jusqu'a present qu'a Madagascar, en Afrique en Asie !! n'hésitez pas, choisissez les yeux fermés cette petite maison, vous serez enchantés !! aux alentours, un restaurant très bon, prix raisonnable au décor jazz amazing : la passerelle à Plancoet, à St Cast le guildo, très agréable station balnéaire à 20mn de la maison, Leclerc pour s'approvisionner à 5mn ! Anne Sophie et Pierre sont des hotes juste adorables et attentifs ! je recommande absolument ! pour une 1ère fois que je prends une location, nous avons été enchantées !! merci à mes hotes
