Your location provides easy access to the Peak 9 ski lifts and accommodations on the second floor. With over 1,800 square feet of living space, it hosts 6 guests with space to spare.

The property also boasts a private balcony with views of Illinois Gulch Creek. Also, you'll find yourself relaxing in front of the natural stone gas fireplace in the living room or taking in the fresh mountain air from your private patio. Leave the rental car behind, as this condo puts you in the perfect location for skiing, mountain activities, dining and shopping.

The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are accented by new wood flooring throughout the condominium. It has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances which is all part of a gourmet kitchen setup. In addition, guests will enjoy Direct TV in every room with a gaming setup in the guest bedroom. The master suite has a King bed and Queen bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a captain bunk (twin over full with trundle).
