In the heart of downtown Colmar, just steps away from Little Venice and in the immediate vicinity of the "old customs square", the LANG apartment (80m²) welcomes you in a modern and pleasant setting. Ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation, or work. With its 3 bedrooms and bathroom, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.



It consists of:

a living room/dining room space with an equipped open kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),

a bedroom with two single beds

two bedrooms with one double bed each,

a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine,

a separate toilet,



The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.



The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.

The public Montagne Verte parking is located 3 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 690 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).

You have the option to book private parking spaces within a 500m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate starting from 12€ per night, per space.

You have the option to reserve a spot in a secure bicycle storage room in a neighboring building (200m away).



The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:

This historic neighborhood has many local shops.



The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (These equipments are designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the baby bed, the mattress dimension is 60x120cm or reserve the "baby bed linen" option as an extra.



Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for 30€ per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.



House Rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 30€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.



For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

Colmar

The property was ideally located in the middle of old town Colmar with a small grocery on the first floor. As show in the photos, the unit is spacious and has everything you need to cook simple meals. The property managers are very responsive even in the weekend. . Our only suggestion would be to get a smart tv for the apartment

Appartement comfortable, spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé. Très bien situé pour profiter du vieux Colmar. Superette au pied de l'appartement et marche couvert tout proche ainsi que de nombreux restaurants. Parking souterrain Saint Josse à 3 euros par jours à proximité (5 mn à pied).Possibilité de stationner rue des Tripiers (proche de l'appartement) pour charger et decharger ( conseil donné par l'agence). Pratique mais localiser cette rue sur un plan avant votre arrivée car difficile à trouver (non indiquée sur notre GPS).

Zentral gelegene Wohnung in Colmar

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen mit Blick auf die schönen Fachwerkhäuser und St. Martin. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer angenehm und die Schlafzimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind mit guten Matratzen und Bettzeug ausgestattet. Ein kleines Manko ist die Toilette ohne Waschbecken. Das Bad war okay. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen wie Tische und Badoberflächen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

In the heart of Colmar

Location superb for a base for Alsace and the wine routes. Nice size for our group and quite modern apartments. We stayed when very hot so missed having any air conditioning but fans provided. As central location do expect hustle and bustle of town centre but would stay again.

L’appartement est très bien situé en plein centre de Colmar. Il est spacieux, la décoration est jolie, la literie de bonne qualité, dès l’arrivée tout est à disposition (sacs poubelle, éponge, liquide vaisselle, capsules café, sachets de thé ...). La salle de bain.

L'emplacement en plein vieux Colmar permet de tout faire sur place sans utiliser son véhicule. Les 3 bouteilles (1 vin d'Alsace, 1 eau pétillante et 1 eau de source) trouvées à notre arrivée sont une délicate attention. Les lits faits, linge fourni, les équipements et les dimensions de l'appartement sont très bien. Bien détailler le contenu de l'appartement, car j'ai apporté inutilement du papier toilette, un fer à repasser, un sèche cheveux, du produit vaisselle. Des petits travaux sont à faire[...]

Stay at the apartment

The apartment had a great location, right in the city center of Colmar. And although it was so central, the place itself was very quiet. Because the bedrooms are facing a quiet backstreet. Also, we were all pleasantly surprised about how well-equipped the kitchen etc. was! All in all, I would highly recommend the apartment to others.
