This unit is walking distance to “B” Dock, Battery Point Lighthouse and Beachfront park where the new pump track is located. Also SeaQuake Brewing and Paragon Coffee are within walking distance. The fenced back yard with brand new BBQ can be accessed from the Master Bedroom and side yard. It has a small patio to enjoy the bright Sunny days in Crescent City. Enjoy most of the amenities you will find at home including a smart television to stream your favorite shows.

“B Dock", Rock Beach and Pebble Beach are all within just a couple blocks from this property where there is good fishing and crabbing without having to charter a boat.

The Redwoods, Smith River and Jedidiah Smith State Park are an easy 10-15 minute drive from the home. Enjoy your stay!

Loved this location for its walk ability to coffee, restaurants, the beach. We used it as a home base for exploring southern OR coast and Redwoods. Family loved being able to come back and have some downtime before venturing out again. Host was helpful and communicative. No issues whatsoever.
