Fun With Family

This property is cute , clean and very easy entry.It does not have a dining room table if you wanted to play some cards with family.It has a very narrow space at the entry door. Not meaning to be negative just saying for your information.The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable..Bathrooms are super clean, Had towels and wash cloths nicely folded waiting on you to use.Over all it was a pleasant stay.

Great experience

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The property is extremely close to a public access dock along Lake Sinclair. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and more spacious than expected.

Quaint and Quiet

Perfect little place for a couple of old friends to get away for the weekend and reminisce. Quiet neighborhood and nice location near the lake.

Cute & Cozy!

We were visiting family on the lake, and this was the perfect cottage to rest our heads every night! The owners were great with communication, the house had everything we needed and they even left the sweetest welcome basket of goodies for our arrival (such a nice treat after our long drive up)!

Overall it was good

Overall the house was great!! It was very clean and easy instructions with check in. The house was nice and cozy just what we needed for the weekend. However, I rated this house a 4 star, because it is not as close to the water access as we thought online said it was going to be. Also, you have to pay a $30 cleaning fee, but they give you detailed instructions how to leave the house cleaned. Maybe they have had a bad experience in the past and that is why they do this or maybe all rental houses are this way I am not sure this is our first one.

Hi Brooke, first and foremost you are a great renter and thank you for following the house rules. As for the cleaning fee, I trust that you understand that ensuring that the cottage is properly cleaned (sanitized) by a licensed professional house cleaning service to ensure that all guest are safe from unwanted bacteria on and off the surfaces (I.e COVID) is top priority. Hence, we use a licensed company to complete a thorough cleaning after every stay. As for the distance, we ear marked the location to be less than a 5min walk to the lake and never stated the property is lakefront. Not sure of the confusion, but we do look forward to your future stay.

Great Place for Zen time

It was just what was needed for my time to regroup and oddly enough be safe from our national pandemic. The neighborhood is quiet and the water is literally 2mins away. I enjoyed my time there and communicating with the owners is very easy. I recommend it to anyone looking to get their zen on.

Small surprise at the Lake

The house is a small surprise at the lake, very close to water access and just a quaint quiet spot that I continued to extend my stay because I enjoyed the peace and quiet and serenity of it all

Country Getaway

This property was just what I needed. The guess bedroom bedding was not comfortable. Linen was notted with lintballs and no mattress cover was provide to cover the plastic mattress protector, therefore my guest did not have good night sleeps. There were no TV's in the bedrooms, unusual in this time. Over all our stay was very good.

Beautiful little house!

I thought this property was fantastic! The updates that the owner did were so nice, from the flooring to the hardware, all great touches on this older home! There was even a gift basket full of snacks when we arrived! Thank you for such a wonderful stay at this property...we look forward to booking again!
