Gulf front condo on 1st floor of Sundunes building. Complex has a pool. Approximately 2 miles from stop sign on Gulf Blvd.

NOTE: NO TRAILERS OR PULL BEHINDS ALLOWED. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE. NO REFUNDS ON THE RESERVATION IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE!!!

We have been in this condo “Sand Dunes” before, and absolutely love Navarre! It’s quiet and peaceful! Jan was easy to communicate with and made things really simple! The view was beautiful from the condos porch and even other guests staying there in other condos in the same building were respectful and polite! Would definitely recommend and come back!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the views from the patio. The close beach access made beach days especially easy and we enjoyed great weather. Overall was a great stay.

Clean and close to the beach!

We love Navarre and love going just to the beach when we first arrived we weren’t sure because the place is rather small. It’s a snug fit for two couples or a couple of kids, but by the end of the week we couldn’t have been happier the place is clean and very comfortable, Steps to the beach there’s an elevator for convenience. People were so friendly. I would definitely stay here again!!

Our new favorite beach!

This is our new favorite beach and not crowded. The condo is really nice and was very clean. All our interactions with the host was great. Thought we had lost a watch at the beach to receive a call that they had found it and mailed it to us. There are still honest people out there. I plan on going back again

Awesome balcony view and beach access

We could have not have had a better location with a great balcony view! Nice cafe height chairs on the balcony which we enjoyed with morning coffee and breakfast. Could see both the sunrise and sunset. Very short walk to the beach. We did see dolphins from the balcony and beach on several days. Easy parking with elevator and stair access. Most kitchen items needed were available. However, I would agree with other reviews that there is room for improvement with cleanliness. It is dated and could use updates, especially the kitchen. Example, inside of fridge was clean but a healthy layer of dust on top (it’s a short fridge). Baseboards dinged up and could use painted and cleaned. Can’t really determine how old the microwave is but it did work. On the rainy day, streaming services were available on the TV. The host was easily reachable and easy to work with. Despite the imperfections, we would stay again as it would be hard to beat the view and the ease of accessing beach!

Condo was an outdated however it was clean and cozy. The location to the beach was just a short walk, not crowded and absolutely gorgeous. Would stay again.

Nice clean condo. Building is older but nicely kept. Beach was very nice at this location. The only issue that we had was problems with tv/cable very hard to figure out how to tune into the carrier and only a few of the hundreds of channels worked. Was able to stream our direct tv from phone easily. Would definitely recommend.

Fun little trip

We had a great stay at the Sun Dunes condo! The beach was beautiful and just steps away from the unit. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We loved sitting on the balcony and we really did see dolphins!! It was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a family getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, poor communication

I loved the location and the view; we were short on basic supplies like toilet paper and dish soap. Check in process didn’t quite work as described; you are supposed to be able to change the pin for the door lock, however, it did not work as described. additionally, the host was noncommunicative when I reached out to see if we could have an earlier check-in. They never responded and we ended up having to kill time in town with all of our luggage.

Gorgeous gulf views

The property was as described and right on the beach. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise. The property was clean and comfortable. And, the host was very responsive to messages. Would definitely stay here again. I also wanted to mention that the host did prepare a welcome binder that had local restaurants and other helpful information that was very appreciated.

Great Stay

My wife and I had a great time; it was awesome waking up to the ocean view. Great place to walk each morning as well as short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and met all our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Will be back, again!

Our condo was very well maintained, and clean upon arrival. The building does show signs of wear, but that is expected being on the salt water coast. Overall, we love Sundunes because there are only around 9 floors of 4 units each; the beach is not busy in front of the condo. Communication with the host was awesome. Leading up to our stay, we texted a couple of times, and we got responses almost instantly. Overall, I highly recommend, and we will be back in the future.

Spring Getaway

This stay was one of the best my family has had in Navarre! Honestly, I was skeptical when I saw the building. However, the inside of the room was wonderful! We loved the view of the beach, there was plenty of space, and the furnishings were generous. The beds were so comfortable, and the couch was amazing! The sink in the master bathroom did drain extremely slowly, and the second bathroom sink became clogged when the push button stopper refused to release. We were able to fix it. There was a piece of mirror on the floor during arrival that looked like it just fell off, but we couldn’t tell where it came from. There was construction taking place in the condo above our unit, but they seemed to have 8-5 working hours; so, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall we are very pleased with our stay, and would return again!

The condo was a bit cramped, the counter tops are prefect toddler head height (just ask my 3 year old) aside from that, it was clean, and comfortable, just as expected.
