Walkable to the dock that features boat trips, restaurants, a grocery store/butcher, Gosman’s famous fish market, ice cream and shops.

This gorgeous, spacious, clean, light filled home is appointed with chic modern decor and beachy accents. Large doors open up onto a deck & pool area- making summer indoor/ outdoor living idea, even includes an office set up and workout on the lower level.

Outside quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Noise that is audible beyond the property during this time is prohibited. During non quiet hours the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
No more than 4 vehicles are permitted to park at the property overnight. There is no parking in the street.
