Ideal for children no road to cross you are directly on the beach as well as dunes, facing the sea you have petanque courts club ... .games for children ... foot. Town center at 300 meters. Pets not allowed.

Das Haus liegt an der schönsten Stelle in Koksijde, die Wohnung ist hell, modern, sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Luxus Wohnung von Familie welche wir gebucht haben war sehr schön 🤩 der Blick auf Meer und den Strand und vor allem das Sonnenuntergang abends einmalig der Wohnung hat alles was man braucht schön eingerichtet in die Nähe ein Supermarkt gutes Restaurants mit Michelin Stern sehr Gutes Fisch Restaurant auch mit Michelin Stern und die alle anderen auch sehr gut schönen Bäckerei und Konditorei Fisch laden Metzgereien einfach alles was man braucht schönes Bier lokalen wenn man gutes belgisches Bier mag wir mögen ruhig wir kommen gerne wieder weil wir lieben Belgien

Perfekte Strandlage mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in direkter Strandlage mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Garage ist ziemlich eng und eignet sich eher für kleinere Fahrzeuge. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Urlaubstage.Das Appartement besticht durch die exzellente Lage direkt am Strand. Wir haben uns nicht satt sehen können aus dem lichtdurchfluteten Appartement auf das Meer und haben viele und lange Spaziergänge am Strand.Unser Auto hat leider nicht in die DoppelGarage gepasst, da der Nachbar sein ebenso großes Auto zuerst geparkt hatte.Unser Auto hat leider nicht igemacht.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé au bout de la digue. Aménagé simplement, avec beaucoup de goût. Rien ne manque. Vue imprenable sur la mer. Le garage est un avantage non négligeable. Le propriétaire a répondu très rapidement à un petit soucis mécanique... merci à lui d'avoir fait la route en un temps éclair. Une bonne adresse à concerver

Direkt am Strand, Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Die Garage konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da zu klein für unser Auto, Parkplätze waren draußen genug vorhanden ( in der Nachsaison). Der Balkon ist sehr schmal, für größere Menschen sind die Stühle grenzwertig klein.

Tolles Appartement

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und guter Lage. Direkt am Strand und mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Betten waren sehr bequem, in der Küche gab es alles,was eine Familie für einen Kurztrip benötigt. Da wir mit einem Kind mit Rolli angereist sind, gebe ich einen Stern Abzug, da in der Beschreibung barrierefrei stand, der Rolli aber nicht in den Fahrstuhl passte. Auf die sehr enge Toilette, hatte uns der Vermieter vorher sehr freundlich hingewiesen. Also alles in allem top und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifique appartement avec vue sur mer et la plage au pied de l'immeuble. Le top avec un ou des enfants. L'impression est bluffante de par la position de cet appartement. La plage sous vos pieds, l'impression d'être un peu à l'écart du bruit et du monde est bien réelle. Mais si vous descendez la petite rue qui jouxte l'immeuble, en 5 minutes ,montre en main, vous changez de décor... une rue commerçante, avec pour les épicuriens, une epicerie fine, une boucherie Dierendonck, une boulangerie Destrooper excellente, 2 poissonneries de haut vol, une boutique pour les fan de Bacchus...... la totale pour un séjour qui ravira vos papilles. Un must. Ajoutez des commerçants très sympathiques et tous bilingues. Le garage inclus, est également un plus, car les places sont rares en periode de vacances.
