Secluded Rooftop Balcony | Private Hot Tub

Summary:

The Mountain View Oasis lives up to its name featuring spectacular views of the Pine Valley Mountain Range. Your group will enjoy the sunset on the rooftop balcony in the private hot tub while basking in the glow of the custom fire pit. You will enjoy the same view from every bedroom. Is only 4 miles from Quail Creek Reservoir and 7 miles from Sand Hollow Reservoir.



The Space:

The front balcony features additional seating if you would like some quiet time or if you want to sit out and watch the sunrise. Our home sits only steps away from the pool, and hot tub. This is what St. George Suites in Utah should be.



This home has the same square footage as the 5 and 6-bedroom units but with more space dedicated to each of the living areas. The Master Suite is on the main floor with a king bed and has a full bathroom with a double vanity, a large closet, and a walk-in shower.



The second floor has a spacious Great Room, 2nd master king suite, a queen suite with 2 queen beds, and a bunk room. Both suites have private bathrooms. The bunk room is a kid’s paradise and features 2 triple bunk beds along with 2 versa mats. 2 pack n plays are provided for the smallest of travelers. There is an additional full bathroom across from the bunk room. Children can separate themselves in the upstairs great room while the adults can visit in the main floor living room. Our home accounts for even the smallest details. Your group will enjoy the 4-person air hockey table, board games, and puzzles throughout the home.



All of the bathrooms use soft water for your comfort. Tap water in the St George area is not very tasty, but there’s no need to bring bottled water as there is a reverse osmosis filtered water system with a water dispenser at the kitchen sink. The water in the ice maker is filtered as well.



Don’t forget the DVDs, as there are 2 Blu-ray players. Internet, cable TV, and Netflix are provided for viewing on the big screen Sony TVs. Completing the main floor is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a half bath. If you plan on dining in for the evening you will enjoy the well-thought-out gourmet kitchen, there is plenty of seating and dinnerware for everyone.

The Neighborhood:

This great location is only 4 miles from Quail Creek Reservoir and 7 miles from Sand Hollow Reservoir. Boaters or those with ATV trailers will love the extra-long parking spots directly across from the condo. The Coral Springs golf course clubhouse is just 2 blocks away. Only 35 minutes to Zions National Park as well as 35 minutes to Cedar City for summer games and the Shakespeare festival. Another short hop can also be made to Tuacahn. This St George Suite in Utah is close to everything.



Getting Around:

From I-15, travel east on Highway 9 and exit onto Coral Canyon Boulevard. At the bottom of the exit, go south on Coral Canyon Boulevard, and you will see Town Center at Coral Canyon Resort directly to the left. It is very easy to find this rental; also, it's 10 minutes away from Downtown St. George.

Beautiful and comfortable property!! We loved our stay although we didn't love the insects that joined us cockroaches downstairs master bedroom laundry room front room as well as crickets spiders and caterpillars in the kitchen and a black widow outside the front door. Seems like the insects didn't quite make it upstairs at least we hope they didn't. Other than that we had a wonderful time! :-)

This place is very comfy. Nice beds, lots of baths (4.5). The airconditioning was fantastic. I've never experienced a place where the top floor was a comfortable as the lower levels. The only issue we had was that there was only enough detergent for 3 loads of dishes, consumed almost immediately with a large group, and the place had only 1 dish cloth and dish towel.. Aside from that we enjoyed the stay very much. It's located right on the highway that leads to Zion National Park.. about 45 minutes away.

Awesome experience. Although I had to call to obtain my door code and entry instructions, I didn’t mind. The gentleman who assisted fixed that minor error very quickly and was friendly. Very quick and easy access from I-15 (exit 16) coming down from northern Utah. The children were in the pool long before you would even arrive at most other properties. Mountain View Oasis is a very family friendly home. Comfortable as well as nice. The kitchen had everything that we needed when we wanted to cook. The view from the rear deck with hot tub and fire pit was amazing. Recommended!

It’s a nice place but when we very first checked in it stunk really bad from the previous guests I’m assuming. The smell was really bad we had to open the windows and run the fans for a bit to get the smell to go away. Other than that it was fun for all ages.

Perfect place for a December golfing trip. A delightful home to stay in. Very comfortable, with lots of space. Cooked up rib eye steaks on the barbecue each night, then sat in the hot tub. What more could you ask for. Will be back for the next golf outing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mountain View Oasis. The interior layout and furnishings are perfect for a family. 4 bedrooms, 4 & 1/2 bathrooms, living room, family room, laundry. Having a well stocked kitchen was a huge plus, allowing us to prepare some meals rather than eating out for every meal. The view from the rear deck was simply amazing, particularly from the hot tub. Highly recommended! Much better experience than trying to cram into several motel rooms.

This vacation home has to be the nicest one we have ever stayed in. It is convenient to St. George's shopping and convention center. The view of the mountains is beautiful especially from the hot tub! The layout is perfect for our family and the home is clean, modern and has well stocked kitchen and pantry.

We came to hike throughout Utah and this was a great location for our big group of 12. We loved that it was a corner unit so easy to bring stuff in and pack out. Jacuzzi was amazing, good grill to cook, have the condiments needed, comfy beds.... Some negatives are no curtains to keep the sunlight into the rooms, so if you want to sleep in good luck, bring paper towels or napkins and trash bags, not many included, fridge was not working too good took forever to get things cold you were better off keeping things in the cooler with ice, ice maker was slow. We did not use the community amenities so I cant comment on that. Overall great location and I would stay here again.

Southern Utah Getaway

What a great place to stay in the St George Utah area. Close to the pool but just far enough away to escape the noise. A very comfortable home with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with any and everything that was needed to cook with. The view from the deck while sitting in the bullfrog jacuzzi was spectacular. You cannot go wrong by deciding to stay in the Mountain View Oasis.

What a wonderful vacation home. We stayed at this home because it had a private hot tub. I didn't realize how spacious it was and how many things there are to do in this area. The property has a pool, hot tub, pickleball and splash pad park for kids. The home was so comfortable and had the best beds ever. I haven't slept that good in years. We loved the toys for our little kids and the 4 player air hockey was a riot. I will never forget sitting in the hot tub enjoying the fire and watching the Southern Utah sunset with my family. We will be back soon!
