Nice independent T2 of 45m2 refurbished located in a lower villa.
Located a 3-minute drive from Diamant beach, the villa is surrounded by tropical vegetation and benefits from natural ventilation and a panoramic sea view.
Living near your accommodation, we can be present if needed or advice.
The accommodation consists of a large living room (open kitchen, bar and TV lounge), an independent WC and a large master suite with shower room.

Une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce rez de villa. Un logement propre, bien équipé et offrant une vue grandiose sur la baie du diamant. Les propriétaires sont discrets, disponibles et sympathiques. A noter: un accès assez pentu et comme partout en Martinique, des aboiements de chiens tôt le matin. Mais pas de coqs....Je recommande.

Vue superbe sur la mer et le rocher du diamant, location tout confort, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables fin avril, début mai. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés, très gentils et nous ont gâté à notre arrivée avec planteur maison et petites préparations à déguster... Il faut juste prévoir une voiture qui monte la côte plutôt raide, la vue en vaut la chandelle. Une location qu'on ne peut que recommander à tous points de vue.

Séjour de rêve au calme avec vue à couper le souffle

Nous avons reçu les explications nécessaires pour arriver sans encombre. Accueillis par la propriétaire avec un très bon planteur et des toasts à la morue. Charmant logement comprenant 1 chambre, douche, WC séparé, séjour avec cuisine à l'américaine et grand espace extérieur avec coin piscine très privatif. C'est exactement ce que nous recherchions, séjour parfait pour nous. Le lieu est loin de tout commerce, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé, mais pourrait peut-être gêner d'autres personnes. Voiture indispensable.

Très beau studio, très bien équipé , propreté impeccable.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, studio très propre, agréable très bien équipé, Dans un milieu calme et relaxant au milieu de la végétation luxuriante. Et une vue sur la mer qui ne laisse pas indifférent. Cecile et Nicolas sont vraiment à l’écoute, disponible tout en restant dans la Discrétion. Sans oublier les extérieurs, piscine, terrasse.Nous recommandons ce gîte.
