The Villa Ti Glad is made up of 2 locations:
- The main house (garden floor) for 5 people (Advert 1585538)
- A T2 apartment (ground floor) for 2 people. (Advert 1320934)
Each has its private space (garden, terrace, enclosed parking), direct access to the coastal path and of course its panoramic view of the ocean!

For this house, you will discover 2 outdoor spaces with a plunging view of the sea to enjoy the sun and the sea air:

Great peaceful location with amazing views out to sea and of the harbour entrance. Well equipped kitchen and the 2 front bedrooms, downstairs lounge/dining area/kitchen the garden share the superb views. Ample parking on the property and easy access to Concarneau old town via a short walk on the coastal path and then a passenger ferry.

Stunning setting

An amazing property just as advertised; it is really well equipped and comfortable. The views are fantastic and can keep you occupied for hours. The location is brilliant for visiting the town and our family had a wonderful week here.

A very enjoyable stay

We very much enjoyed our stay, the view over the harbour is stunning. There were always boats coming and going from ocean racing trimarans to small fishing boats. We also very much enjoyed walks along the coastal path on which the house is located and walks further inland. The property is located on the other side of the harbour to the old Concarneau town centre. It is reached by taking a small ferry which runs every few minutes and makes it all a bit of an (enjoyable) adventure to go into town for dinner. We purchased the 10 ticket option to make it a bit cheaper. There are a number of local shops within walking distance including a very friendly bakers serving great bread and cakes. Larger super markets are only a short drive way. For those like us with an electric car there were car charging point within a few minutes walk. They are of the low KW AC type but they were close enough to the house and ferry to leave the car charging for long periods. I would very much recommend this property with this view over the harbour the TV next to the window is definitely not required.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft. Der Blick auf das Meer ist sensationell und die Lage war für uns ausgezeichnet. Das Haus war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Toll ist auch der hübsche sehr geschützte Garten sowie der direkte Zugang zum Küstenwanderweg. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ausgesprochen freundlich und das Einchecken verlief sehr unkompliziert. Es gab ganz genaue Check-in-Informationen. Ich hatte bei der Abfahrt etwas im Haus vergessen. Hier wurde mir sehr freundlich geholfen. Wir würden sofort noch einmal unseren Urlaub hier verbringen. Vielen Dank an Gaelle und Gilles

La vue sur la mer et Concarneau est à elle seule inestimable ! À quelques minutes du petit ferry pour la Ville Close.La maison est parfaitement équipée ; rien ne manque, même des jeux et une bibliothèque bien fournie.Les lits sont confortables et deux des trois chambres offrent une vue sur la mer.La deuxième salle de bain se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, où une douche et un lavabo ont été installés ultérieurement.La maison est parfaite pour deux couples ou une famille !Les hôtes nous ont bien informés à l'avance, le voyage et l'enregistrement se sont donc déroulés sans problème.Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété !

Absolut Hammer-Ausblick, genau wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Toll war, wie sauber die großen Fenster geputzt waren, so dass man den Blick aufs Meer auch ungestört genießen konnte. Das haben wir bisher anderswo häufig anders erlebt.Die Sitzecke draußen ist perfekt, um mit einem Sundowner den Sonnenuntergang (über dem Ortszipfel) zu beobachten.Top Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber: Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, bequeme Sofas, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, moderne Bäder, Rollläden in den Schlafzimmern und viele Verstaumöglichkeiten, es gibt sogar einen Schuhschrank. Unser einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die Matraze des 140er Bettes, die könnte vielleicht mal erneuert werden. Dafür gab es aber für jedes Bett zwei unterschiedliche Kopfkissenarten, so dass für jeden ein passendes Kissen dabei war.Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, man hört vor allem die Geräusche eines aktiven Freizeithafens, die uns gar nicht gestört haben. Die Altstadt, ein guter Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ein großer Supermarkt ist mit Auto wenige Minuten entfernt. Ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist ein sehr schöner Strand, der Plage de Tahiti. Concarneau haben wir generell als gut gelegen empfunden, um sowohl den Süden, das Landesinnere alsauch den Norden der Bretagne als Tagestrip erkunden zu können.Ein großes Dankeschön an Gaëlle und Gilles für ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und die nette, unkomplizierte Kommunikation auf Englisch, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Ein wirklich schönes Haus in perfekter Lage. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist atemberaubend und nie langweilig. Die Innenstadt von Concarneau ist per kurzer Fahrt mit einer kleinen Fähre schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert und es war für sie kein Problem, uns auch einen kleinen Sonderwunsch zu erfüllen. Die Küche ist wirklich klasse, perfekt ausgestattet und auch ein Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ist vorhanden. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und perfekt sauber. Die drei Schlafräume im oberen Stock sind einfach, aber schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit bequemen Betten. Stauraum für eigenes Zeug ist im ganzen Haus reichlich vorhanden. Ein schöner, gepflegter kleiner Garten mit verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten ist ebenfalls nutzbar. Wir werden sicher noch einmal mieten. Empfehlung!

Top Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht

Phantastisch

Wir haben zwei phantastische Wochen hier verbracht. Die Photos spiegeln die Realität zu 100 %. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Die Aussicht traumhaft. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind super. Die Vermieter sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Sie reagieren prompt. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft.
