There is a large deck with table for outdoor dining, and an expansive yard, perfect for summer play. Pool and cabana will be completed by April 2024, just in time for summer! Only minutes away to one of the most beautiful beaches on Nantucket, and still very close to Town and mid-island conveniences. Front lawn is wonderful for a nice croquet game after the beach.
