Cute new stylish one bedroom guest cottage is located 2 miles from town.

New to the rental market!! Located at the front of our property on a quiet cul de sac mid Island. Adorable cottage has open living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Spiral staircase to a lower bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom with shower. Living room kitchen and also a full bathroom with shower . Ships ladder to a small open loft with twin beds (not safe for small kids) perfect for over flow guests for a couple of nights. French doors to a little patio spot with a gas fire pit and adirondack chairs perfect to enjoy your evening drinks. Stay 32 days and pay no tax !! We are great laid back hosts and respect your privacy.
