Great getaway destination situated on a beautiful property between Franklin and Highlands. Location is excellent and you can experience the sound of silence with beautiful views. Perfect trip for my wife and myself and the owner was interesting and ready to help if needed. Good people!
Our experience here could not have been better. Excellent host, house, property and location. Beautiful and tranquil on many levels. It has inspired us to find our own property in the area. This will be our first choice on our next visit to the Franklin vicinity.

Absolutely amazing and extremely clean. The best view of the mountains. Bill was an excellent host and his hospitality was top notch. Our golden retrievers had the time of their life playing in the yard and relaxing on the porch. We will definitely be back. One of best places we have stayed.
Our hosts at Spoon Rest were top tier! The cabin was absolutely amazing. The view was incredible. They thought of everything! Our first vacation out of state for a Holiday and we had the best time! Will definitely plan to go back.
Outstanding, secluded and peaceful. Very nice amenities. We enjoyed watching the deer every day. Our "fur baby' (yellow lab) had the time of her life with a 30-acre front yard. Bill & Heidi were outstanding hosts, and we have already booked our stay for next year.
It was outstanding!! Nice amenities, Peaceful and quiet, And the hosts are outstanding!! I would highly recommend Spoon Rest vacation rental!! We are planning on going back in the near future!

What a beautiful place! Bill and Heidi are excellent hosts; there are hiking trails steps from the front door and an entertaining deer family on the property. A great place for some R&R.
Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The kids had a great time exploring the property and we all enjoyed the pond. It's a great location. It feels remote, but is only a short drive to town. The owners are very helpful with tips and ideas on places to visit.
