Blanc Cel-0968-Attractive view, light and tasteful

This apartment on rue Louis Blanc is on the third floor with lift as far as the second.

It has a comfortable terrace facing south and overlooking the city and the sea. The Palais is five short minutes away!



The living room is bright and spacious, with two sofas and a dining area.

It opens onto the terrace whose arches give an impression of cloisters. From the terrace you have a delightful view over part of the old city with more than a glimpse of the bay in the background.



The two bedrooms each have a double bed. They are very prettily decorated with a charming light touch.



The first bathroom is en-suite and is equipped with a shower.



The second bathroom is independent and has a tub with shower over.



The open-plan kitchen is very well equipped and has a breakfast bar.



There is an independent toilet.



A charming apartment, very well located in the heart of Cannes. The view from the terrace cannot fail to please you.

Très bon emplacement

Très bon emplacement mais accès au dernier étage (3eme étage) avec un escalier ! Les travaux dans l’immeuble engendrent un problème d’éclairage dans les escaliers en redescendant du deuxième étage jusqu’au rdc.
